Now China is facing some difficulties in economic growth, energy conservation and emissions reduction under the current situation, it needs to coordinate the various tools if it wants to realize economic and environmental benefits at the same time. However, the structure of optimizing is more and more important. according to China’s national conditions, China’s energy consumption structure and industrial structure are unreasonable compared to the world’s developed countries, there is a gap, so the energy consumption structure optimization and the optimization of industrial structure is imperative, however, in the process of the development of a country, the energy consumption structure and industrial structure is mutual promoting and mutual restriction, thus the realization of the optimization and the positive development of them is more important.First, this paper analyzes the literature of energy consumption structure and industrial structure, energy consumption structure and industrial structure in combination, coordination theory literature and carbon emissions, and summarizes the relevant factors; and then constructs the energy consumption structure and industrial structure collaborative evaluation model according to the literature, and select the relevant indicators to calculate the China’s energy consumption structure and industrial structure collaborative degree of 2001--2014 years, the result shows that the collaborative degree of 2001--2014 years is at the lower level compared to the standard comparison.Later, it puts the energy consumption structure and industrial structure into the same equation according to Kaya identities, and predicts energy intensity of various industries and residents living with the consumption of energy in 2030 based on existing research, then it sets the maximize of GDP, the minimize of energy consumption and the minimize of the carbon dioxide emissions intensity as the objective function, and sets energy consumption structure, industrial structure, economic development, carbon dioxide emissions and energy consumption constraints as restrictions to build up the multi-objective optimization model and uses the software to solve the model, and analyze the results.Then, it calculates the collaboration degree of 2030 according to the results of the multi-objective optimization model and compared to the standard comparison, and it shows that the results of the multi-objective optimization model indeed promote China’s energy consumption structure and industrial structure to improve the degree of synergy.Finally, it puts forward the policy recommendations to promote China’s energy consumption structure and industrial structure optimization and coordinated carbon emissions according to the above results and the current situation.
