Analysis On The Influence Factors Of China’s Direct Investment In Cambodia

In recent years, the degree of attention of China to ASEAN countries gradually increase, economic exchanges become more frequent, in terms of investment, has become an important force for ASEAN to attract foreign investment, for China investment in ASEAN countries can be seen increase, more and more attention to the 10 ASEAN countries and ASEAN investment market, and China had been together with ASEAN go through gold ten years, the bilateral economic cooperation has become increasingly consolidated, coupled with China efforts and "The Belt and Road" along the country to establish economic cooperation more closely, Cambodia should seize the opportunity to participate in the construction of Chinese ASEAN Free Trade Area and the "The Belt and Road ", give full play to their own advantages, to attract more Chinese investment into the Cambodia.China has become the Cambodia’s largest source of foreign investment, but Cambodia to attract direct investment from China there are still some problems, for example, the small scale of investment, economic development is backward, poor infrastructure and unstable political environment etc... In this paper the basic meaning is overview of foreign direct investment and related theory; secondly, from the perspective of historical stage of development and investment characteristics, summarized Cambodia attracts the development of China’s direct investment. Further analysis Cambodia attracts the statues of China’s direct investment; thirdly, select recently the most influential factors, combined with case analysis, respectively from the two aspects of favorable and unfavorable factors, focuses on the analysis of these factors to Cambodia to attract Chinese direct investment.
