Research On The Promotion Of Industrial Transformation And Upgrading In China Based On Informatization

Informatization is process of comprehensive development.Actually it is process of information technology industrialization and socialization, which manifests as information resources shift from small collective to the public as well as aplication level and contribution degree of IT in economy. Firstly, informatization provides opportunities for industry transformation and upgrading by IT innovation and new industries. Secondly, it improves the urgency of transformation and upgrading by changing market environment and competition model. Resultant force of this two systems generates coupling effect to promote rationally and highly industrial structure. It is crucial for industry transformation and upgrading to do well in coordinate development and play a part a role in information and industrial transformation and upgrading.In this paper,the coupling relationship between China’s information and industrial transformation and upgrading has been discussed. It has built the coupling coordination degree model and used the data of all Chinese provinces and cities from 2008 to 2014. It has empirically studies the coupling coordination degree between information and industrial transformation and upgrading. The results are that the level of the coupling coordination of the information and industry transformation and upgrading of 31 provinces and cities has been generally improved in the year. But the development of information technology lags behind the transformation and upgrading of Chinese industry,and the integration of most provinces and cities is at the middle and inferior level,and only one provinces and cities in the integration and coordinated development level in the excellent coordination level and five provinces and cities level in the medium coordination level. The gap of the coupling degree between the regions is relatively large. It shows that China’s information management and coordination capacity is still insufficient,and the promotion effect of informationization on the industrial transformation and upgrading is still need to further improve. Later this essay has built the model of grey relational degree and discusses the coupling mechanism between information and industry transformation and upgrading. Based onthe research,this paper comes out with corresponding countermeasures to give ideas for the coupling coordinated development of information and industry transformation and upgrading.Takeing information and industrial transformation and upgrading as a coupling system, this paper calculates the coupling coordination degreeand describes the coupling mechanism. It has built sub system with third grade indexes to quantitatively analyze level of information and industrial transformation and upgrading. Finally, the paper studies on the correlation degree between indexes, sub systems and systems with gray relational model, and deeply interprets the interaction between the elements and main factors of information and industrial transformation and upgrading so as to look for the existing problems and solutions.
