Research On Internet Plus And Innovation Of Real Estate

With the rapidly development of the Internet economy, the way of production and life in economic society has deeply influenced by it, the industrial convergence between the Internet and the traditional industry has produced many new economic forms, the real estate industry as the pillar industry of the national economy inevitably influenced by the Internet economy. At presently, the real estate industry in our country is in the new period of transformation and upgrading, the Integration of Internet and real estate provides a good opportunity to promote the innovation of the real estate industry. This article from the perspective of industrial convergence, combining the theory of economics and the real estate industry present situation in our country, research the development function and the significance of innovation in the Internet economy context.The paper combined the current phenomena of the Internet economy, investigate the innovation and development of real estate industry under the background of the industrial convergence of the Internet economy, according to the actual development of China’s real estate industry, research the necessity of real estate industry and Internet integration, the motivations, paths and innovation development model, then take the typical product of the integration of Internet——the real estate crowdfunding as an example, to analyzed the role of the Internet on the innovation and development of real estate industry, according to the actual application of real estate crowdfunding, use the SWOT analysis method to analyzed it, and to provide new ideas for the innovation and development of real estate industry in China.Firstly, this paper introduced related concepts and theories about industry convergence, according to the actual development situation of real estate industry in our country, analyzed the necessity of real estate industry and Internet integration, explored the integrate path of Internet and real estate industry according to the industry convergence theories, elaborated the fusion effect of the real estate industry and the Internet from three aspects of the technology, cost and industrial development. Then summarize the new patterns of industrial convergence between the Internet and the real estate industry, at last briefly introduce the new pattern of the real estate crowdfunding.Finally, on the basis of theoretical analysis in this paper, take the actual application of the Internet crowdfunding in the real estate industry as an example, and use the typical case to explain the new pattern. In this chapter use the SWOT analysis method to analyzed the real estate crowdfunding, summarize the major strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. At last this paper provide some suggestions to promote the development of real estate crowdfunding based on the case analysis, to promote the successful devebpment of real estate industry crowdfunding in our country.
