The Reason And Impact Of Excessive Income Gap Between Urban And Rural Areas In Yunnan Province

Income inequality between urban and rural areas is the most important factors, the influence of China’s wealth gap between urban and rural income ratio around 3.0 for a long time. Although it is a developing country has to deal with a problem, but China’s large income gap between urban and rural areas is still rare. Since entering the 2000 in yunnan province, the income gap between urban and rural areas have been located in the national front row, income inequality is very serious. On the one hand, Economic development of Yunnan province did not stand out in the national economic development as it belong to the backward western regions, on the other hand, the income gap are the "top". To find out the causes of the formation of the strong contrast is urgent, the analysis of the countermeasures to improve is the top priority.Firstly, The article discuss the domestic and foreign literature about income distribution, and mainly summarizes the income gap between urban and rural areas literature, pointing out the research emphasis in predecessors on this issue, research methods, which provided a basis for analysis of this article, providing the corresponding reference. The second part of the income of rural and urban areas in Yunnan province has carried on the statistical description, on the one hand and the horizontal comparison in other provinces, on the other hand, describes the change in its path from the time series, at the same time, around the state’s income problem in Yunnan province has also conducted. The third part discusses the Yunnan province economic growth and income gap between the dynamic change of trajectory, verify its compliance with kuznets inverted "U" curve. The fourth part analyzed the severe unequal between urban and rural areas influence on economic growth in Yunnan province, and discusses whether has the difference between this kind of influence in Yunnan region.
