Research On The Current Situation, Problems And Counter Measures Of Agricultural Subsidy Policy

Agriculture is the foundation of national economic development, is one of the major industries of the whole human survival and development, also provide a material essential for human beings. Agriculture development level represents the overall level of national or regional economic development, but development of agriculture industry slowly and affected by many factors, relying solely on the difficulty of these difficulties were overcome and move forward, so the world advocate to protect the weak agricultural industry. After 2002, China joined the world trade organization, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the construction of our country agriculture must make some adjustments, but under the current framework in China, there are many agricultural subsidy policy does not meet the provisions of the WTO, mainly reflected in the green box subsidy level is low and the structure is not reasonable, and amber box subsidies compared with western countries, the level is low, which makes the development of agricultural economy in our country is facing some challenges. With the continuous adjustment of China’s agricultural subsidies for the efforts and improve the agricultural structure and the income of farmers in China are increasing, the grain yield increased year by year, but at the same time, some new problems are following. Under such a background, how to according to the actual situation of our country take correct and reasonable policy of agricultural subsidies,agricultural economy fast and steady development of security, has become China’s national economic development an important research orientation.In this paper, the domestic and foreign agricultural subsidy policy research based,in-depth study of the historical evolution of China’s agricultural subsidies and the existing mode, to 2015, Suixi County, Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province on the town 12738 households, for example, the status of our local agricultural subsidy policy for the analysis.The goal is to define China’s agricultural subsidy policy concept and construct the policy implementation channels.
