Study On The Coordinated Development Of Urbanization In Hubei Province

China has entered an important stage of building a moderately prosperous society, also in the economic transformation and removing, promoting the modernization of an important period. At the same time, urbanization also began to enter the all-round and in-depth development stage. Therefore, it is necessary to firmly grasp the opportunity, meet difficulties and challenges, integrated with the Chinese national conditions, accurately analyze the characteristics of urbanization development, determine the future trend of urbanization development, and to solve the problems in the development process of urbanization, to promote Chinese urbanization in the right and healthy direction. Hubei prominent location and favorable policies are rolled out, so that the rapid development of urbanization in Hubei Province. Hubei Province as an important growth pole in the central of China, to grasp the development opportunity, taking a new path of development of urbanization, promoting urban area in Hubei Province of coordinated development.This paper selects relative data of 12 cities in Hubei Province in the year of 2004 between 2013, and establish population urbanization, land urbanization, economic urbanization and social urbanization index system, using mutation series method to study comprehensive evaluation, and to analyze the use of coordinated development of urbanization in various cities of the coordinated development of the type, its time to reveal the coordinated development and evolution process of spatial differences.The main results are as follows:First, from a comprehensive view of the urbanization level, in the year of 2004-2013, Hubei Province in the overall upward trend, the comprehensive urbanization level in 12 cities, although there will be ups and downs at sometimes, but overall the trend is towards the steady growth trend.Second, from the perspective of the population-land-economic-social urbanization subsystem, the development trend of four subsystems and integrated towns of development trend of similar, but between the subsystems of the development is not balanced. In 2009, most of the city appear population urbanization lags behind urban land of the phenomenon.Third, from the point of view of coordinated development level, between 2004-2013, the whole phenomenon of disorder appeared Hubei, urbanization development of Hubei Province in the direction of the primary coordinated development toward in the future. Development trend of 12 cities in Hubei Province urbanization coordinated development degree of fluctuating growth, similar to the Hubei Province Urbanization coordinated development state, most of the city during 2004-2007 in disorder and recession interval, in 2009, and gradually enter the transition harmonic interval.Fourth, in the view of the features of spatial development, district economic are different that resulted in differences in the type of coordination development, urbanization coordinated development, high degree of urbanization coordinated development of the city, mostly in the eastern part of Hubei and western Hubei plains, these cities are belonging to the coordinated development of primary, cities in the central of Hubei, the level of coordination of urbanization development is low, these cities are reluctant coordinated development.
