Research On The Relationship Between Industrial Structure, Employment Structure And Economic Growth In Guizhou Province

The article from domestic and foreign research status of industrial structure,employment structure and economic relations made a series of knowledge and understanding,provide a way for the research of this topic,from analysis of the status,found in Guizhou province is the rapid growth of economic,but the per capita level is lagging behind,essential changes of industrial structure,the evolution of employment structure conforms to the Petty--Clark Theorem.First of all,use static panel data model analysis to get the largest contribution to the tertiary industry in Guizhou province economic,Guizhou industrial structural type is "321",taking into account individual effect factors,by using variable coefficient model analysis of impact on economy of the first industry in declining,The third industry continues to rising,dynamic panel data model analysis of impact on current economic data of previous period is a function of the third industry is the largest.Then,the industry employment indicators of discovery,the first industry of rest of labor force will shift to the second industry and the second industry,turned to the third industry may be great,in Guizhou province.Panel data model based on error correction analysis found that industry employment is a significant impact on industrial output value in the long run.When analyzing the relationship between employment structure and economic growth in Guizhou,using panel data vector auto regression model,based on it under impulse response and variance decomposition analysis,in the high level of economic region will labor input the second industry will promote economic development,input the third industry will be short-term positive response;In the low level of economic regional economic growth will make the third industry employment to strong shocks,labor input of the third industry will be long-term positive influence on economic growth.The last,put forward reasonable suggestions in combination with conclusion ofthe empirical analysis.
