Under the background of global urban regionalization and region urbanization development, multi-center city has gradually become the urbanization development to space during the advanced stage of the evolution of the general phenomenon and regularity; some cities in our country in the rapid urbanization have shown obvious "polycentric spatial structure". In the city of Chongqing, which is considered as a typical multi center city, the population, land price, enterprise distribution, employment structure and other variables have a typical multi center feature. Especially the price, as a measure of urban land use an important indicator of the status and urban economic development situation, the impact of the multi center distribution factors also becomes more and more complex, but most domestic is analyzing the influencing factors of the polycentric urban land price spatial-temporal changes from the perspective of macroeconomic and policy, at present from the angle of urban internal spatial effect were research rarely. As the direct driving force to promote the development of the city, the interaction between regions will become more and more frequent with the continuous development of the city. Therefore, this paper from the urban internal spatial mutual interaction angle of its influence on urban land price research, and explore the space effect and urban land price spatial-temporal distribution relationship, thus proving in interrelated regional background, determination of land prices in the urban area, is no longer simply by its own internal factors determined, but more depending influence on the regional background, in distribution and Simulation of urban land price should be fully considered the influence of spatial interaction factors. In this paper, the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of urban land price and land price influence factors analysis, the first analysis of the Chongqing city land price changes and spatial distribution characteristics. Then in the main urban area of Chongqing city as an example, constructs the urban land price gravity model, analysis and verify the interaction influence on urban land price in two dimensions of time and space, to multi angle and comprehensive grasp the influencing factors of urban land price, strengthen land management to provide a scientific basis. Finally, from the perspective of spatial interaction and connecting the region of is proposed to optimize the city land value spatial structure, promoting the Countermeasures of coordinated development of the urban regional price of land, or for the government decision-making departments to eliminate subjective influence spatial relations, scientific reasonable formulation of urban land policy, optimize the allocation of urban land resources, and provides the theoretical and practical basis to achieve the national macro-control of urban land market. The results show that:(1) The gravity model can quantitatively analyze the influence of spatial interaction on urban land price, and it is a good choice to study the influence factors of urban land price. At the same time, in-depth study of the premium of the metropolitan area can not only compensate for the benchmark land price cannot provide the lack of small scale on the area of land, can further improve the current status of the land premium in the calculation only considers the problem of market factors.(2) Through the analysis of the change law of land price of the main urban area of Chongqing City in time and space, it is found that in the time dimension, the main city of the area of land 2004-2013 in the decade with obvious periodicity and differences, the price level of different regions disparity, upward trend in the area of land on the whole; in space dimension, the main city of the area of land with distribution of multi center, and along the circle gradually decreasing, and urban planning form consistent, and the area of land distribution has obvious spatial difference, located in different location of the land area of the gap significantly.(3) Through the construction of city land price gravity model, the premium and premium status gravity regression analysis found that spatial interaction is an important factor affecting the city land price change. With the change of time, inter regional spatial interaction influence on land price is more and more big, and the spatial interaction strength and different direction, also led to the city land price spatial variation. Therefore, when calculating the urban land price, it is urgent to consider the influence of the spatial interaction on the land price in each region.(4) The influence mechanism of spatial interaction on the spatial and temporal changes of urban land price is preliminarily analyzed, which is divided into the main factors and the macro level. At the level of the elements, the space mutually the main function is to guide and promote influence the land price can factor flow inflow region and then through the accumulation of these elements in space, resulting in a polarization process of the regional flow of factors of production, so as to stimulate the economic vitality of the region and make the area of land to enhance the value. At the macro level, the spatial interaction mainly promote inter regional economic ties and transport capacity, make the area for further development, so as to enhance the value of land use. Therefore, when optimizing the spatial structure of the urban land price, the influence of the space interaction on the land price can be fully utilized. From the multi-faceted aspects of strengthening regional ties, improve the urban transportation network construction, strengthen guidance and other aspects of urban planning and guiding interactions between regions, to regulate the balance of the regional land use and to promote the coordinated development of all regions of the main urban land prices.
