The Empirical Study On Service-rization Of Xinjiang's Industrial Structure

In recent years, industrial structure of our country displays obviously that the population of tertiary industry rises , the population of primary industry reduces year by year, and the population of secondary industry keeps stable trend relatively, which is called extensional service-rization of industrial structure; Also population of input and output in service inside of primary industry and secondary industry has been rising, which is called intensional service-rization of industrial structure. Our country made clear in the eleventh five-year plan, "promoting industrial structure, increasing the population of service industry, and accelerating the development of producing service industry". Owing to this, the author think service-rization has already become inevitable trend of lifting industrial structure, also become choose the new road to industrialization necessity conscientiously.The paper analyzes service-rization of industrial structure taking Xinjiang as an example. Firstly, the paper has summed up studies in recent years on service-rization relating to industrial structure theories, have made definition in serving-rization of industrial structure clearly, and have set forth the significance to our country economic growth. Secondly, describe the development of service-rization of industrial structure in Xinjiang. Once again, applying factor analysis to valuate the level of service-rization of industrial structure to our country's provinces, and analyze Xinjiang's service-rization of industrial structure comparatively. Finally, analyze the technology efficiency of service industry and the major factors affecting technology efficiency, the paper takes some advice on the development of industrial structure service-rization for Xinjiang.
