The rotor system as the main body of rotating machinery mechanical industry is in common. Research on rotor dynamics has been one of the hotspots in the research and experimental study and dynamic analysis of rotor system of an important aspect.At present, some of the Business Companies’ s sales of the rotor test bed can be carried out on the axis trajectory drawing, vibration spectrum analysis, rigid rotor dynamic balance, flexible rotor dynamic balance test, etc.. However, the test bench limited fixed on the structure form, single size, affected the diversity of experimental research, and because the horizontal structure design of the rotor vibration response is affected by the influence of gravity, may produce attached critical phenomena, affects the reliability of the experimental study.To this end, this paper designed and developed a type of structure can be changed, the size can be adjusted to the vertical rotor system vibration test. The linear and nonlinear vibration response of various forms of rotor system can be tested by changing the size, type, size, number and position of the axis of the rolling bearing. In order to improve the reliability and practicability of the rotor dynamics, the experimental platform is provided.This paper mainly completes the structure, size, test system, speed control system, safety device design and selection of the rotor system vibration test bench. The disc and the optical axis of the double cone sleeve are matched and connected so as to ensure the disk and the shaft in circumferential and axial connection and positioning of reliability. The motor and shaft are connected directly by the spring coupling, which can reduce the influence of vibration on the system during the operation of the rotor. A limit device capable of remote manual operation is designed around the rotating shaft of the rotor of the rotor test bed, and the damage caused by the forced vibration response to the rotor system when the rotor passes through the critical speed is avoided. In the test system, two non contact laser displacement sensors are arranged in the plane of the disk. Experiments and by AC frequency conversion motor frequency modulator regulating the rotational speed of the rotor and the real-time measurement of the disc in the two directions of response values, and calculate the disk vibration amplitude frequency characteristic curve, orbit and frequency spectrum diagram can be software based on Windows platform. Machining and assembling of the rotor test bed through the actual operation, the basic can meet the above requirements. The calculated values of critical speed of running rotor are basically in agreement with the experimental results.Experimental Taichung disc with the optical axis of the reliable connection and according to the need of the size and position of the adjusting disc, in addition to the use of safety limiting device can ensure the safety tests, compared to other rotor experimental platform has certain innovation.
