Railway is an important transportation measure in our country and the main artery of national economic development.In the “Made in China 2025”,it is clearly stated that China will develop a new generation of green intelligent,high-speed rail transit equipment systems.With the advent of the high-speed rail era,the high-speed rail is changing people's travel mode,life philosophy and living customs at the same speed as the wind,it has become a business card for China's manufacturing industry to enter the international community.The grounding device of the train is an important conductive part of the electric equipment of the rail vehicle,it can protect people and equipment on the train from being damaged by high voltage under fault conditions and improve the safety of the train.Excessive abrasion on the surface of the electric brush and contact disk of the grounding device often occurs on the train,which seriously affects the safety of driving.The existing test equipment for grounding device of the train can only carry out wear test.,which can't meet the requirement of the grounding device's performance test.According to the working condition of the grounding device during the operation of the high-speed railway,this paper designs a five–dof vibration test bench of high-speed railway grounding device for detecting grounding device in vibration environment.The test bench can monitor the change of performance parameters such as the brush temperature of the grounding device and the speed of the test axle.It also can show the influence of the orbital irregularity for grounding device and provide test data support for the design,development and optimization of rail vehicle grounding devices.The main content of this article includes the following parts:Through the research on the test requirements for the grounding device and the test data collected by the road test of the high-speed railway,the technical parameters and functions of the grounding device test bench are determined.The design of the structure of the grounding device test bench is carried out according to the different excitation modes.The final design of the test bench is select by evaluating the feasibility of the design.Through the description of the main structure of the grounding device test bench and the relationship between the various parts,the standard components are selected and SolidWorks is used to perform 3D solid modeling of the mechanical structure of the grounding device test bench.Considering that the test bench needs to perform high-speed,high-frequency mechanical motion,the test bench must complete simulation analysis to verify the rationality of the structure before it is manufactured.In this paper,the modal analysis,inertial impact analysis and random vibration analysis of the structure of the test rig are performed by using HyperMesh and ABAQUS.In the pretreatment of the model,the grid division and material properties of the structure part of the test bed are completed by using HyperMesh.In the post-processing of the model,ABAQUS is applied to load and constrain the structure of the test rig,and the typical working conditions are analyzed.The paper uses Adams to establish the kinematics model of grounding device test bed and the displacement curve of piston rod of hydraulic actuator is solved by applying fixed motion to the test bed.Based on the technical parameters of hydraulic components,AMEsim was used to establish the hydraulic model of grounding device test bench and set the system parameters.The displacement data of Adams is used as signal input to test the reliability of hydraulic system.The design of the measurement and control system for grounding device is designed.After determining the principle,composition and function of the electric measurement and control system of the test bed,the control circuit of the electric measurement and control system is designed,and the model of the electrical element is selected reasonably.Based on Lab VIEW software,the human-machine interface of electrical measurement and control system on the test bed is built,and the control operation,data acquisition and monitoring functions of the test bench are realized.
