According to the current needs of shock absorber damper power-showing characteristics test and speed characteristics test, developed a set of a new type of shock absorber wireless measurement system based on 32 bit STM32 microprocessor.The system is composed of a frequency converter to drive the crank and connecting rod mechanism for shock absorber vibration, through the PC monitoring center online control of frequency converter speed, in order to achieve the performance test of shock absorber under different conditions, so as to realize the automatic analysis and judgment on the performance of shock absorber.The hardware system is composed of three parts of a vibration loading equipment,lower machine of the shock absorber dynamic data acquisition and analysis based on ARM STM32.The lower machine uses the STM32 microprocessor, using the dual speed ADC, the excitation load testing process to realize the tension compression damping force and displacement of the two synchronous sampling. By over sampling technique to improve the STM32 MCU internal ADC resolution, realize high precision acquisition. In order to improve the work efficiency of the system, the use of DMA rapid transfer function, the on-chip ADC acquisition conversion data is directly tansmitted to the SRAM. Through the STM32 SDIO interface to communicate with SD card, transplant Fat Fs module implements the synchronous acquisition data in the form of files, large capacity, fast preservation and archived.In order to simplify the field wiring,computer,inverter and YL-100 wireless data transmission module through the RS485 bus and network communication, the computer monitoring center to send the various control commands,the use of YL-100 wireless receiving module, realize the host computer and wireless data transmission in the field devices.The host computer system based on C++Builder 6 platform, combined with SQL database Server2000 application software performance of damper test system development, the software mainly includes inverter control module, the shock absorber performance evaluation module and data store module design.In view of test equipment system error, using the least square method for fitting a straight line to calibrate the pressure sensor and the displacement sensor.In order to maximize the elimination of system error, so as to realize the automatic calibration of the system.Finally, using ADO interface in C++Builder 6.0 realize effective connection and access to SQL Server2000, a damper quality SQL database is established, to provide test parameters for the shock absorber of storage, historical data query and the history curve query.This paper completed the test system hardware platform and software debugging,the test results show that the testing function of the system can achieve a practical requirements.
