| According to the "three-step" strategy of China’s manned space project, building the space station has become the most important task for the development of China’s space industry,common space station tank is a general water containers for space station environment control and life water conservation system, the performance have an important role for space station construction and the safety of astronauts and space activities. So it is necessary to do adequate testing on the ground before it can be sent into space. This paper comes from the requirement of manned space Ground Test Project, design and complete the development of the comprehensive performance test bench for the common space station tank. The test platform mainly provides the environment for simulating the water cycle of the space station, to detect the dry weight, volume, discharge efficiency, deformation degree and negative pressure of the general water tank of the space station in the long run state, to reach of meeting the standards and analysising its performance.According to the requirements and technical requirements of the subject and the development of similar equipment all over the world, and proposed a safe, reliable and measurable, controllable space station general water tank comprehensive test structure platform. Then is to build the test platform hardware platform, according to the performance index, select the safe, reliable and meet the technical requirements of the hardware equipment and instrumentation. Then they are assembled on a test rig, which is convenient for testing and maintenance. Then the system control software is designed, which are independent of each other, and can be expanded by each sub module. In this process in order to ensure the communication security of each module and the control of the host, the mechanism of cyclic redundancy check and overtime retransmission is proposed. Filtering the collected data to make the results more accurate, the Lagrange polynomial interpolation and Simpson integral method are used to deal with the discrete data in the calculation of the cumulative flow. In order to quickly and steadily carry out the experiment,two PID control loop is used, the flow loop and the liquid level control loop to control the hydraulic system. The test operation is complex, and also to speed up the simulation of water tanks in the space station for a long time, therefore, this paper designed an automatic test subsystem, so that the test process can be programmed, and configured to complete the test, and complete the testing process of the record.This topic developed the space station general water tank comprehensive performance test bench, after standard inspection and acceptance, the function is normal, meet the technical specifications. At present, testing is being carried out for the space station general water tank products, and the result is good. In addition, the design and implementation method of this preject is good to the space station’s sulphuric acid tank test. |
