China Aerospace has made remarkable achievements since 1956 when it was founded.Has broken through the satellite recovery difficulties,manned spaceflight difficulties,lunar exploration and manned rendezvous and docking difficulties,laid the status of China in the world's space power.Vigorously develop China Aerospace is not only to show the national comprehensive strength,but also the need of national economy and the people's livelihood,is the protection of n ational security.Space business is of great significance.As an important part of China Aerospace,the rapid development of Satellite has brought great convenience to our lives,and promote social progress.As an important component of the satellite,the solar panels convert the solar energy into electrical energy for the satellite run around its orbit.The solar array drive assembly adjust the posture of satellite to make the normal of the solar windsurfing coincide with the sun beam to provide sufficient electric energy for the satellite.Whether the solar windsurfing can operation normally is a key guarantee for the successful completion of the mission,so the ground test of solar array drive assembly is particularly important.This paper introduce the development of test equipment for generating continuous small thrust engine output to adjustment mechanism,test equipment can simultaneously enable or disable the solar array drive assembly of two axes,can set speed,direction and the number of running steps of the drive mechanism,can control the drive mechanism swing in the angle range of been set,can automatically test the harmonic gear backlash and transmission accuracy and generate test data report.The development of test equipment for generating continuous small thrust engine output to adjustment mechanism is according to the project task requirements and technical requirements and similar test equipment at home and abroad,make an overall technical scheme.The overall scheme divide the hardware of the test equipment into several modules,each module is designed separately.Simplif ying the design organization,minimizes the number of module components and improves the integration.Design a protocol for the communication of FPGA with host computer.Using the timeout retransmission mechanism to ensure reliable communication.Set the corresponding electrical interface to communicate with drive board to acquire the parameters of adjustment mechanism.The host computer software adopts the mult ithread mechanism to collect the power parameters of the test equipment and the operating parameters of the driving mechanism respectively,improve the system performance and ensure the real-time performance of the data acquisition.In order to eliminate noise or other signal interference,the host computer filter the collected parameters of data,design of positive and negative calibration algorithm to process the collection of test equipment power parameters.Design of three-level gradient step-down mechanism to ensure motor control safety.In order to improve the test precision and simplify the testing process,this paper designs the automatic test module,which can automatically test the harmonic gear backlash and transmission precision of the drive mechanism and save the test data to generate the automatic test report.After inspected by the China Institute of Space Technology 502,the test equipment for generating continuous small thrust engine output to adjustment mechanism meet the technical requirements and through the acceptance.The test equipment has been put into use and work properly,the test results are good.
