Dendrobium officinale is Orchidaceae that belongs to Pick herbaceous perennialplants, which is the traditional rare Chinese medicinal materials. In recent years, themedicinal value of D.officinale has gradually been known and accepted by the broadmasses of customers. However, due to the expanding consumer market demand andover-excavation, the wild resources of D.officinale are now in danger. Moreover, inorder to pursue maximum profits, D.officinale production enterprises increase theirplanting density excessively in the greenhouse and greenhouse cultivation, withheavy use of chemical fertilizer and plant growth regulator and pesticide, which leadto low quality, further poisonous and harmful material exceeds badly for D.officinale.Therefore, the bionic cultivation was emerging and became an importantdevelopment direction of D.officinale’s cultivation in the future. This paper aimed atoptimizing the tube seedlings transplanting and growth conditions, exploring itsbionic cultivation method and the suitable habitat, which will be helpful to providetechnical guidance for the healthy development of bionic cultivation. In this study, the planting management of test-tube plantlet was perfoemed inorchid greenhouse of Nanchang University. It selected pine bark, wood shavings, sawdust as substrates and cow dung, rapeseed cakes, and sesame cakes as fertilizerstoto optimize the best ratio of substrate and fertilizer. it showed that bark as substratehad the highest survival rate compared to other substrates, which reached92.7%; Thenumber of test-tube plants and its stem diameter were increased significantly whenrapeseed cake fertilizer was used, which reached5.0clump and2.9mm respectively. It was fouded that when cow dung was used as fertilizer, its plants height reached14.0cm, which was longer than others. When the test-tube plantlet was transplantedin bark, wood shavings, sawdust on substrate at8:1:1and120d later, the plants grewbest with the highest survival rate of95.8%, average clump reached6.2with plantheight at19.2cm and thick stems at4.3mm; while in cow dung, rapeseed, sesamecake at4:4:2for fertilizer which grew best, average clump reached7.8withplantheightat24.4cm and diameter at5.7mm. Bionic cultivation experiments were performed in a bee garden in JinggangMoutain. We studied the influence on growth by different ways of adhesion, age ofseedling survival rate and different transplanting time, tree species (bark is smoothand longitudinal crack, evergreen, deciduous and coniferous, trunk upright, leaningand lying). The results indicated that the survival rate crucified upon a tree wasidentical to those bundled. The seedlings transplanting survival rate of1.5year wasthe highest at85.8%; The best transplanting survival rate and the highest growthemerged in May with survival rate at87.2%, average clump reached6.8with plantheight at21.9cm and thick stems at4.0mm. The above-mentioned three index inbark with longitudinal crack was better than that of the smooth, and average clump inbark with longitudinal crack reached9.0with plant height at30.5cm and thick stemsat5.1mm. The above-mentioned three index in evergreen is better than that of thefallen leaves, and average clump in evergreen was9.4with plant height at31.7cmand thick stems at5.0mm; In evergreen tree species, the above-mentioned threeindex in low tree crown patronageproved to be best, average in low tree clump was8.4with plant height at33.7cm and thick stems at6.0mm; The above-mentionedthree index in growth pattern of the trunk to tilt best, average clump reached10.8with plant height at31.0cm and thick stems at4.8mm, the growth pattern of thetrunk to accumbency worst, average clump reached9.7with plant height at27.9cmand thick stems at4.3mm. The above-mentioned three index in growth towards towest is best, average clump reached8.9with plant height at34.9cm and thick stemsat5.9mm.It showed that two years of growth after the bionic cultivation had the highestpolysaccharide and amino acid, which reached28.7%,5.35mg/100mg, respectively,by Ultraviolet spectrophotometric method and Auto amino acid analyzer method.
