Dendrobium officinale is Chinese traditional precious herb, belongs to years of herbaceous epiphytic orchids, due to the destruction of wild Dendrobium officinale resources of mankind and the endless excavation, its resources are depleted day by day, so the series of cultivation patterns have also emerged, bionic cultivation mode of Dendrobium officinale is one of them. This paper takes Jiujiang Dajiangmao agricultural science and Technology Co. Ltd as the research base, selects the high quality cultivation of Dendrobium officinale seedlings using bionic, its own "Cup" tree bionic cultivation method, selection of Citrus maxima, Osmanthus fragrans and Cinnamomum camphora, planting on the epiphytic species of trees. To investigate the species of trees and "Cup" tree bionic cultivation method of Dendrobium officinale epiphytic bionic cultivation mode, and analyzed the bionic cultivation of economic benefit, the main conclusions are as follows:1. Considering the Dendrobium officinale stem height, stem diameter and node number, Citrus maxima, Osmanthus fragrans and Cinnamomum camphora all can be used "Cup" epiphytic way on the tree, the stems of Dendrobium officinale average height of range in 44.35-91.20 mm, the stem diameter of average value range in 2.07-4.88 mm, average of node number range between 4.4-7.6. Dendrobium officinale growth on the Citrus maxima was relatively good.2. Due to the low temperature had a greater influence on the growth of Dendrobium officinale, so this study analyzed the growth of Dendrobium officinale in the overwintering period, select the Pinus massoniana, Liquidambar formosana Cinnamomum camphora and Cunninghamia lanceolata as the epiphytic species of trees. Used the different cultivation basement as the substrate on the Pinus massoniana, selected the pinning and binding as the upper tree methods. Its results show that: during the whole winter, whether Dendrobium officinale growth on what kind of epiphytic trees or what kind of upper tree methods, the overwintering status are not ideal.3. From the point of epiphytic species of trees, Cinnamomum camphora, Liquidambar formosana, Cunninghamia lanceolata and Pinus massoniana can be as epiphytic species of Dendrobium officinale, but the growth of Dendrobium officinale was on Liquidambar formosana is the best, so we can choose Liquidambar formosana as Dendrobium officinale epiphytic species of the trees in the first place. For different upper tree methods, use the treatment 4, namely the Dajiangmao company developed their own mixed matrix "Cup" on the tree, Dendrobium officinale growth status of the best.4. This study selected greenhouse cultivation 2 years Dendrobium officinale plant and bionic cultivation 2 years Dendrobium officinale whole plant(six months of greenhouse cultivation before bionic cultivation)for the determination of soluble sugar of Dendrobium officinale and the results show that: bionic cultivation 2 years of Dendrobium officinale is higher 42.9% than 2 years of Dendrobium officinale greenhouse cultivation stem polysaccharide content high, leaf polysaccharide content increased 155.21%.5. Through Dendrobium officinale bionic cultivation mode of cost- benefit analysis. The results show that the project static investment payback period for 7.03 a, net present value(NPV) for 214.49 million yuan, Dendrobium officinale bionic cultivation project internal rate of return 12%, significantly higher than social average profit rate, so the project has certain feasibility and benefits more substantial.
