Oats (Avena sativa) as a high-quality grain and forage crops has its quality easycultivation, Oats mainly grow in a place where has poor, cold, damp cool environmentand has better nutritional value. Oats are extensively cultivated in Qinghai retired spotand the outer suburbs region,is the variety to product”fight natural disasters andelementary yeild” forage grasses. In this paper, Qing Yan No.1oats as the researchobject, Combined SAP and nitrogen fertilizer Application, Orthogonal design,discusses the types of SAP, SAPamount, nitrogen amount three factors on QingyanNO.1oat growth, photosynthesis physiological ecology, plant nitrogen uptake andvarious indicators impact, and has comprehensively evaluated by using Minimummembership degree deviation method and total range analysis, in order to identifiesthe optimal treatment combinations that can increase yeild and the degree of affectsevery index by3factors.the result are as follows.(1) Combined SAP and nitrogen fertilizer Application, can increase oat leaf area,stem diameter and plant height. it was found that nitrogen application of90is themost important factor which influences plant height, Soil Conditioner Warer+SAPthe dosage60kg/hm2+nitrogen fertilizer60kg/hm2can increase leaf area.so,on thewhole, Combined SAP and nitrogen fertilizer Application can increase Oats growth.(2) It was found that apply Soil Conditioner Warer+SAP the dosage60kg/hm2+nitrogen fertilizer60kg/hm2can increase yield and hay yield.(3) Different treantment combination can increase plant total N content at harvesttime, the content of total N, the highest from seed, the lowest from stem.(4) Different treantment combination can increase the content of0-40cm AvailableNitrogen at whole growth stage, the content of0-40cm Available Nitrogen reachedhigh level at jointing.(5) Apply Soil Conditioner Warer+SAP the dosage60kg/hm2+nitrogen fertilizer60kg/hm2can increase Physiologic Characters. Different treantment combination canincrease Pn,Tr and content of chlorophyll,decrease Cleaf.(6) Apply total range analysis compositor3factors,the factors influence werenitrogen fertilize> SAP dosage>SAPtype.(7) Comprehensively evaluated by using Minimum membership degree deviationmethod reveled that treatment9can increase Qingyan NO.1growth.The best treatment is apply Soil Conditioner Warer+SAP the dosage60kg/hm2+nitrogenfertilizer60kg/hm2.(8) Apply Soil Conditioner Warer+SAP the dosage60kg/hm2+nitrogen fertilizer60kg/hm2can increase yield and straw3000and5575kg/hm2respetively.CombinedSAP and nitrogen fertilizer Application can increase economic benefit.
