The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of Probiotics,Butyric tributyrin, antibacterial and Glucose oxidase,Probiotics + Glucose oxidase,Probiotics + Bacitracin on the growth and intestinal morphology and development of the small intestine in the feed. The production performance, intestinal tissue section and scanning electron microscopy were analyzed by feeding comparison, which provided a theoretical basis for the application of microecological agents, three butyric acid glycerides, antimicrobial peptides and glucose oxidase in pig production and no culture.A single factor test was used to select 320 piglets of 40-day-old weanling DLY(Duroc× Large White ×Yorkshire)pigs. These pigs were randomly divided into 8 treatments, each treatment consists 4 replicates, and each replicate includes 10 pigs. The control group was fed basal diet, and the experimental group was added quantitative Antibiotics(0.5 kg/t),probiotics(0.5 kg/t),Butyric tributyrin(0.5 kg/t),Antibacterial(0.5 kg/t)and Glucose oxidase(0.5 kg/t),Probiotics + Glucose oxidase(0.5 kg/t + 0.5 kg/t),Probiotics + Bacitracin(0.5 kg/t + 0.5 kg/t)on the basis of basal diet. The test period is 7 days, and the formal test period is 120 days. The experiment was divided into two stages:weaned pigs and fattening pigs. The results showed that the combination of probiotics, tributyrin, antibacterial and glucose oxidase, probiotics + glucose oxidase, probiotics + bacitracin could significantly increase the average daily gain of pigs(ADG),reduce the ratio of meat and meat(F/G)and increase the lymphocyte ratio(LYN)in the blood of piglets.Microecologic agent(P < 0.05),Butyric triglyceride,Glucose oxidase and Probiotics + Glucose oxidase significantly increased the ADG(P < 0.05)of fattening pig.The growth rate of the first stage increased23%,12%,23% and 30% respectively. The whole stage was about 5%,5%,5% and 6%.At the first stage, the production performance of Probiotics + Glucose oxidase group is numerically optimal. The second stage Butyric tributyrin group is numerically optimal. The results of intestinal tissue and scanning electron microscopy showed that the Probiotics had the best effect on the health of small intestine, and the intestinal mucosa was complete, the intestinal villi were arranged in a compact order, the top of the villi was enlarged and branched, and the intestinal microbes were rich.Antibiotics and antibiotic substitutes could allpromote the development of duodenum.Microecological agents and Microenzyme combinations treated the height of duodenal villus(VH),VH/CD(P < 0.05),antibiotics in the jejunum, enterobacteriin, and three butyric acid glucoside treated VH(P < 0.05).The Glucose oxidase group changed the morphology of M cells in the small intestine, enhanced the phagocytosis, but damaged the intestinal mucosa, the intestinal mucosal injury was the most serious in the Antibiotic group.Compared with the Glucose oxidase group, the intestinal mucosa injury of Probiotics + Glucose oxidase group was repaired. In conclusion,in this experiment, the Probiotics,Butyric tributyrin,Antibacterial and Glucose oxidase can all replace antibiotics and improve the production and immune performance of fat pigs.In addition to the enterobacteriin group, the production performance of other experimental groups was better than that of the Antibiotic group. The Microecological agents were beneficial to the intestinal health.Glucose oxidase demaged the intestinal mucosa, and the excessive use of antibiotics seriously affected the development and health of the small intestine.
