However, It has been a problem that the post-harvest grain can notbeen dried timely. especially in the fall of more rain, corn and other cereals harvestedat high moisture content, because of not being dried timely, resulting in mildew anddamaging the interests of farmers seriously.Henan province is a big province of agriculture, having rich crop straw resources.But it causes a great waste of resources and environmental problems because there isno reasonable processing. Therefore, The development of a small grain dryer whichuse molded straw as a heat source, easy to operate, energy-efficient, green, applied to avariety of major cereal drying operation and keep quality is significant for improvingthe level of mechanization and modernization of the drying of cereal, It is a vastmarket prospects.This thesis designed a efficient and energy-saving stove that burns straw, whichprovides a new way for effective utilization of straw resources in our province,because it can reach the purpose of purifying air, saving energy, improving the livingenvironment and people’s living standards. In order to prevent the flue gas to theenvironment pollution, the hot blast stove is equipped with the dust removal and sulfurremoval equipment. The drying tower, hot blast stove and dust removal devicedesigned were fixed firmly on3t truck trailer chassis, forming a complete vehicle-mounted drying equipment. Adopting Cross-flow hot air drying and Setting temperingstage, the drier produces4t of dry corn one day and consumes corn straw47.35kg/h.This compact equipment is easy to be transported for interregional operation. By thedrying test of corn in the prototype, it showed that the design of the small grain dryerhas basically achieved the goals, can meet the requirements of corn and other graindrying. |
