A Study On Evaluation Of Forest Scenic Resources Based On"a Map" Of Forestland

The evaluation of Forest Landscape Resources is not only an important part of forest resource planning and management, but also the basis for the construction of forest landscape. A comprehensive, objective and accurate master of the forest landscape resources situation can provide a favorable basis for the eco-tourism sustainable development.The proper assessment of forest landscape resources can not only provide data for forest tourism planning, reasonable development and utilization of forest landscape resource, but can also provide decision-making basis for the conservation and management of forest resources.Based on the demand of the grand goal, which is to achieve ecological tourism sustainable development, this paper, using Yanling County as the research object, relying on2009and2013surveys of forest resources planning data (Survey II), utilizing the theory and methods of forest ecology, landscape ecology, geographic information systems technology and fuzzy evaluation, to study and analysis the regional forest landscape resources of composition, structure, quality, then built the evaluation index system and made research and discussion on the forest landscape resources in Yanling County.First, by consulting and studying a large number of documents, this paper comprehensively analyzed the existing theory and practical results at home and abroad, pointed out the importance and necessity of forest landscape resource assessment. Based on "a map" of woodland, analyzed the present status of forest landscape resources in Yanling County.Second, based on analysis, summarization mentioned above and expansive experiences of domestic and overseas, by referring to " People’s Republic of China Forestry Industry standard LY/T1955-2011", and by consulting experts in the relevant areas for advice, the paper, combined the actual situation of forest resources in Yanling County, followed the basic principles of index selection to construct the evaluation index system of forest landscape resources in Yanling County, using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to reasonable distribution of weight value for each indicator. The paper evaluated from arbor forest, bamboo forest, bush forest three different land types, Weighted three land types were0.320,0.558,0.122.Third, by the combining application of grading method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the paper constructed evaluation model of forest landscape resources assessing, provided theoretical and practical support for forest landscape resources planning and management.Last, based on "a map" of forestland, by using geographic information system (GIS), Visualization, Statistical Analyst as well as Geo-statistical Analyst, the paper analyzed the different land type and topography in Yanling, the quality, structure, distribution and utilization situation of forest landscape resources, by calculating the related index of forest landscape resources evaluation model, comprehensive evaluated the forest landscape resources in Yanling County, then finally provided corresponding countermeasures and measures for resources management of forest landscape resources.
