On the basis of a deep investigation in Qiliyu scenic area of TaiyueMountain National Forest Park, six samples were set up and thetypical sampling method was taked on each sample. Plant communityspecies composition, important values, diversity measure of the roadsides were used to study the marginal effect of vegetation roadsystematically. Theoretical basis was provided to road andmanagement, protection of biodiversity and ecosystem restoration. The main results were as follows:(1) In six research samples, plant species were counted andanalyzed. The results showed that: forest vegetation road affectedroadside plant community composition. With increasing from the roaddistance, the number of roadside plant species decreased most(except for sample1). By Kendall, Spearman and Pearson correlationanalysis, the conclusions showed: road marginal effect of samplewas positive effect (except for sample1). Compared with the asphaltroad and terrene road, in forest road samples, the number of specieswas significant or highly significant correlation with the distancefrom road, indicating that the marginal effect of forest roads was themost obvious.(2) In six research samples, plant species were counted and analyzed. The results showed that: the terrene road was most, followed by asphalt road, and forest was least. Important value wasanalyzed, the results showed that: forest road as marginal, distribution of community main species: herbs had mainly Carexrigescens and Rubia cordifolia, shrubs had mainly Spiraea pubescensand Acer ginnala, trees had mainly Pinus tabuliformis,Quercuswutaishanica,Populus davidiana,Betula platyphylla; asphalt road asmarginal, distribution of community main species: herds had mainlyArtemisia dubia,Vicia sepium,Thalictrum petaloideum,Agrimoniapilosa,Veratrum nigrum and Rubia cordifolia, tree had mainly Larixprincipis-rupprechtii and Betula platyphylla; terrene road as themarginal, distribution of community main species: herbs had mainlyArtemisia dubia, Duchesnea indica, Carex rigescens, Artemisiaigniaria, Thalictrum petaloideum, Agrimonia pilosa and Glycine soja, shrubs had mainly Acer ginnala, tree had mainly Pinus tabuliformisand Pyrus betulifolia. The sensitive degree of the various species tomarginal effect was not identical. The importance values of tree, shrub and herb were studied as marginal change, which showed thatBetula platyphylla, marginal species, was sensitive to the marginalchange in the tree layer; Corylus mandshurica, marginal species, wassensitive to marginal effect in the shrub layer;Artemisia dubia,Carexrigescens and Duchesnea indica, marginal species, were sensitive tothe marginal effect in the herb layer.(3) By Patrick richness index, Shannon Wiener diversity index,Simpson diversity index, Simpson dominance index, Pielou evennessindex, Alatalo evenness index and Pearson correlation analysis, samples data of six research were processed. Reserve road construction to the richness, diversity, dominance, evenness ofroadside plant community all had certain influence, and the influencedegree was different (significant or extremely significant effect). There was a positive marginal effect on road construction to theinfluence of different vegetation layers diversity. Spearmancorrelation analysis were used in species diversity and environmentalfactors of different vegetation layers, which found the slope, road ageand the horizontal distance to the road were relatively close withplant community species diversity, which had a significant orextremely significant effect.
