With the development of economy and population growth in China, growing water scarcity, can not meet people’s needs. With the scarce of water resources, there is a serious problem with water waste in our agricultural irrigation.To address this problem, China has proposed an important measure of water-saving irrigation. As an important part of water-saving irrigation canal seepage control engineering, has been widely attention.Xiangshui irrigation district located in Ningan of Heilongjiang province, is one of the large s cale irrigation district in Heilongjiang province. In recent years, with the development of agriculture, the increase of grain yield, irrigation water consumption is increasing, but at the same time, the problem of canal water waste has become increasingly apparent, the reason is that the channel leakage, losting a lot of water, so the canal seepage control is urgently needed.To recognize the importance of canal seepage control is presented in this paper, based on the understanding of the main types of seepage material and seepage in our country, the analysis of natural situation of the research region, topography, water seepage, etc., aiming at XiangShui irrigation district leakage phenomenon, the main canal seepage, irrigation district needed by using hierarchical analysis, gray correlation degree combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, comprehensive evaluation model is set up, the canal seepage types of model optimization analysis. Mainly done the following work and draw the appropriate conclusions:(1) By analyzing the present situation of water using, the reasons of water lossing, the importance of the channel seepage has been put forward.(2) Through development of canal seepage engineering both at home and abroad, the anti-seepage materials and forms commonly used in our country, analyzes the main forms of seepage control material and the advantages and disadvantages and applicable scope.(3) Using the method of analytic hierarchy process method, grey relational degree and the combination of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to establish the comprehensive evaluation of seepage channel optimization model. The model, reliable, easy to access, fully follow the principle, selection of the project investment, service life, construction method, anti freeze factors, technology advanced, applicable, repair management aspects as the evaluation indexes, the seepage pattern classification, canal seepage optimization analysis model of the study area. (4) Came to the conclusion:the impermeable segment of Jiangnan that one side of the retaining wall of seepage prevention type is best, followed by both sides have a retaining wall seepage control pattern, cast-in-situ concrete slab seepage, precast concrete anti-seepage, slurry masonry anti-seepage pattern, the worst is dry masonry anti-seepage; For the impermeable segment of Bohai that both sides have a retaining wall seepage control pattern is best, followed by cast-in-situ concrete slab seepage, one side of the retaining wall of seepage prevention type, precast concrete anti-seepage, slurry masonry anti-seepage pattern, the worst is dry masonry anti-seepage.For the impermeable segment of Hashuchuan that, the best anti-seepage pattern is cast-in-situ concrete slab seepage, after is both a retaining wall seepage type, precast concrete anti-seepage, one side of the retaining wall of seepage prevention type, dry masonry seepage model, the worst is plasma masonry seepage.
