Objective: Dendrobium candidum (Dendrobium officinate Kimura et Migo), is theorchid Dendrobium Plants, is a valuable Chinese herbal medicine. At present, the wildresources of Dendrobium candidum is on the verge of extinction, mainly because ofits natural reproduction rate is low and the long-term excavation. Most ofDendrobium candidum used now on the market are artificial cultivation ofDendrobium officinale, in order to ensure the expensive drugs into the market, withgenuine form of serving the people, the impact on Dendrobium medicinal componentsof iron through the research of different foliar fertilizer, to be consistent with thePharmacopoeia standards, high quality, good taste, effective components ofDendrobium candidum is high the ultimate goal, as quality control, quality ofDendrobium candidum Dendrobium candidum cultivation provide data support.Methods: the subjects take the choice of fixed single variety,cultivation environment,in the same conditions, cultivation of Dendrobium candidum with different foliarfertilizer, to obtain a plurality of different samples, the determination of the content ofpolysaccharide and mannitol, through comparing with the standard of Pharmacopoeia,selected samples better varieties, we use statistical analysis data growth ofDendrobium candidum nutrients to contrast different foliar fertilizer after processing,get the foliar fertilizer plant parameters. Results: the effect of nutrition a number offoliar fertilizer on the growth of Dendrobium candidum was the most significant, thebest effect. The polysaccharide content of the cultivated samples from21.59%to41.21%, the content of polysaccharide in order that2>9>6>10>8>11>7>1>3>5>12,No. two foliar fertilizer could increase the content of polysaccharides of Dendrobiumcandidum. The cultivation of mannose content in9.87%~26.37%, ranking is:11>7>5>2>9>12>1>6>8>10>3.
