Objective: at present, the Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo planting be justin the ascendant, within the culture medium,and the special foliar fertilizer did nothave a unified standard, and urgent theartificial cultivation, As a result, Thequality are different in differences of cultivation condition of Dendrobiumofficinale,and the efficacy is not stable, it is difficult to make thequality standard.Therefore, we chose only to change a condition--cultivation medium while tohave the fixed base, the same temperature,humidity, light, seedlings and otherconditions. We determined the content changes of different cultivationofefficacy,and explored the effect of different substrates on the effectivecomponents of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo, It had provided ascientific basis on screening high quality and high yield, in order to achievesustainable development and utilization of Dendrobium officinale Kimura etMigo.Method: pharmacognostic study be used in Application of this subject, withthe phenol sulfuric acid method to determined the polysaccharide content andcompared to the relevant Pharmacopoeia, to find out the difference and the factorof different substrates on growth of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo.Results:â‘ The yield can be seen from the influence of different substrates on thegrowth of Dendrobium officinale in the same conditions.â‘¡The polysaccharidecontent is in29.10%~40.77%within the line of standard of pharmacopoeia.â‘¢According to the method of pharmacopoeia, we measured differences of mannosecontent of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo in different substrates.Conclusion: in this paper,we make the screening of substrate and the content of effective components of research binded, and explore systemly into the matrixof Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo different cultivation from the outside tothe inside, and the technical data of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migocultivation substrate quality and high yield.recorded has been founded by thecomparison in standard comparison recorded in the Pharmacopoeia ofDendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo,...
