Objective:this study acomplished through the treatment on high-fat,high cholesterol experimental animals with lactic acid bacteria and observed vaviable mechanism such as dynamic changes of blood, level of oxydic changes etc. Comparison between different strains of lactic acid bacteria regulating effect thereby,provide theoretical and experimental basis for the future related experimental research.Methods:rats(male and female half) were randomly divided into normal group (N),high fat group (H),preventive treatment group1(P1),preventive treatment2(P2), preventive treatment3group (P3),except the high-fat group of152only,the rest of the group are only32,normal group was given basic feed,high in fatprevention,1group, prevention,prevention of three groups of two groups to give high fat feedstuff,all at the same time prevent group lavage lactobacillus strains of bacterial species (1and2), gastric volume calculation according to the average weight of rats.Two weeks in a row,each group of randomly selected were evenly divided (male) and8rats fasting12h,the heart blood and death,to measure and record the physical data to measure blood viscosity values,routine blood,total antioxidant,as a basic index.High-fat group measured serum CHO and LDL-C rise obviously,HDL-C significantly decreased (P<0.05or P<0.01),the building successfully. After the success of the building will be high in fat group rats,namely hyperlipidemia rats,and randomly divided into high in fat(H),lipid group (L),treatment group1(T1),treatment group2(T2),3(T3),drug group (M),each group of24(male and female half),in addition to lipid-lowering group and normal group based feed,feeding the other groups to continue feeding high fat forage,feed fill lipid-lowering drugs and drug group,treatment group1hello strain1treatment2strains of group of filling and feeding,treatment3groups filling and feeding amount of mixed bacteria strain1and2.30days for one cycle and3cycles together.Each cycle between groups randomly take eight rats (male and female half heart blood) and put to death. To measure and record the physical data to measure blood viscosity,blood routine,total antioxidant.Results: lactic acid bacteria fermentation1can reduce liver weight and other physical indicators,improve the activity of SOD and reduce the content of MDA,increase gsh-px and the content of NO,reduce blood viscosity value,improve the blood flow velocity,reduce the body RBC,HGB,HCT,WBC,TLC.
