With the development of animal husbandry, the problems caused of antibiotics have received more and more attention. It is a research hotspot to find new environmentally friendly green additives to replace antibiotics in recent years. In this experiment, tea polyphenols and plant lactic acid bacteria were used instead of antibiotics to study the effects of these two additives on the performance, antioxidant capacity, immunity and intestinal development of broilers.360 healthy AA broilers of 1 day old were randomly divided into five groups: A,B,C,D,and E,with 6 replicates in each group and 12 chickens in each replicate.Group A was fed with basal diet for the control group,Group B was supplemented with 200g/T tea polyphenols based on the basic diet;Group C was supplemented with 400g/T tea polyphenols based on the basic diet, and Group D was added with 20 g/T plant lactic acid bacteria, and group E was added with enramycin at a ratio of 200 g/T on the basis of the basic diet. The results of tea polyphenols instead of antibiotics found:(1)Tea polyphenols have no significant effect on the performance of broilers, and as the dose increases, the feed intake and weight gain are reduced to some extent.(2)TP can significantly increase liver T-AOC and chest muscle T-AOC levels, and improve jejunal T-AOC to some extent. And TP 200 g / T anti-oxidation effect is better.(3)TP had no significant effect on broiler immune organ index;it could significantly increase SIgA in jejunal mucosa, increase serum IgG level at 35 days of age,and had no significant effect on serum ET and IL-1 levels.(4)TP can significantly reduce the loss of pectoral muscle drip, increase pH 24h;the effect on the meat quality of leg muscles is not significant.(5)Tea polyphenols can significantly increase jejunal VH and improve V/C.The results of lactic acid bacteria replacing antibiotics found:(1)The effect of lactic acid bacteria on production performance is not significant.(2)The effect of lactic acid bacteria on T-AOC of liver and jejunum was not significant, but with the increase of age,the content of lactic acid bacteria group was higher than that of the other two groups at 35 days old;the difference of chest T-AOC was not significant.Significantly increased serum T-AOC at 35 days of age,but not significantly different from the antibiotic group.(3)Lactic acid bacteria significantly increased SIgA content in jejunal mucosa at 35 days of age;antibiotics significantly increased serum IgG,which was not significantlydifferent from lactic acid bacteria group.(4)Lactic acid bacteria significantly increased ileal amylase and 35-day-old trypsin activity, and the trypsin activity of 21-day-old was also increased to some extent,6.28% higher than the control group and 10.63% higher than the antibiotic group; The 35-day-old villus height and crypt depth were significantly higher than the antibiotic group;lactic acid bacteria increased the microbial richness and diversity of the jejunal mucosa.Conclusion:(1)Tea polyphenols have certain negative effects on production performance, improve the antioxidant capacity of broilers, enhance immunity, improve meat quality and promote intestinal development to a certain extent.(2)Lactic acid bacteria can enhance the antioxidant capacity of liver and jejunum, increase the content of SIgA in jejunal mucosa, and increase the activity of ileal amylase and trypsin. Can colonize the jejunal mucosa and increase the microbial diversity of the jejunal mucosa.
