Superfine grinding technology is a new technique, which is developing in recent years. It is with the help of the special mechanical force or physics, chemistry to make ordinary matter greatly enhanced. It makes the material surface and interface of the strange changed, but does not change the chemical composition, which has some advantages compared to ordinary power in some ways. Superfine grinding of Chinese medicine mainly destroy the cell walls of plant cells, which is advantageous to the dissolution of effective ingredients, especially for the difficult soluble medicine is of great significance.Panax notoginseng was belonged to the Araliaceae family, which was the the traditional rare medicinal herbs in our country. It tasted sweety and mildy bitter、warm in nature. It belonged to the liver and stomach, which had medicinal powder the efficacy of stasis stop bleeding, swelling and pain. It was mainly used in the human body all kinds of internal and external injury bleeding and traumas in the tradition, and it is widely used in the treatment of disease of heart head blood-vessel clinical in recent years.In order to verify the meaning of the superfine grinding of notoginseng, this study was mainly to compare the different size of Panax notoginseng powder in the physical and chemical properties, the extraction of effective components, and the dissolution in vitro environment situation. Through the test the following conclusions:1. The SEM of Notoginseng power showed superfine grinding destroyed the cell wall. As long as the crush time was, broken rate was higher. The determination results of laser particle size analyzer displayed that coarse power d0.5was68.95μm,processing after2h d0.5was down to20.60μm, continue to crush2h, d0.5was17.72μm, continue to crush2h, d0.5was10.31μm. Compared with the coarse powder superfine grinding powders d0.5fell by39.11%,42.52%,69.44%, d0.9fell by70.12%,74.3%,85.05%. Consistency was much better. It was showed that after ultrafine grinding particle size distribution was narrow and particle size was uniform.2. The study of physical properties of different particle size of notoginseng powder showed that as particle size became smaller, repose angle was21.43°、35.78°、42.14°、49.72°and53.65°, the tendency was increased. Reducing the particle size was detrimental to mobility. Bulk density were0.5341g/cm3、0.4618g/cm3、0.3738g/cm3、0.2295g/cm3and0.1973g/cm3, which reflected the powder filling sexual enhancement; Hygroscopicity test results show that as long as the extension of time passed, all kinds of powder accumulated humidity absorption increased. After a period of time it tended to be stable. Hygroscopic rate of superfine powder was significantly faster than the coarse powder and it was easier to achieve balance of moisture absorption.3. In the process of polysaccharides extraction of notoginseng, the extraction yield was affected by extraction conditions.Response surface methodology was used to optimize extraction technique of polysaccharides from Panax notoginseng. The best extraction technology:extraction temperature of75.511℃extraction time of2.48h、liquid-solid ratio of59.94mL·g-1. The descending order of extraction parameters degree of influence on the extraction rate of polysaccharides:the extraction time, the liquid-to-solid ratio, the temperature. Different particle size power was extracted under the above experimental conditions. It was showed that the rate of extraction of polysaccharides increased when the particle size decreased, but it was not show a linear relationship. After the first increases to arrive ball milling of Panax notoginseng powder2h extraction rate of polysaccharides was the maximum.4. The results of saponins in vitro digestibility showed that saponins digestibility rate increased at first and then decreased and the digestibility of Panax notoginseng powder samples was the highest after two hours crushing.
