The experiment lasted from2011-2014in the nursery garden of Lonicera cearulea Linn of Northeast Agricultural University and Beijing Electronic and Technology Vocational College. With48sample materials, this paper mainly focuses on the content of different species, subspecies and varieties of fruit polyphenols, flavonoids, total anthocyanins and other biologically active substances and genetic variation, choosing the representative species and subspecies of14fruits ingredients identified volatile compounds and exploring the variation between different plant to provide scientific data for the evaluation of physiologically active substances of different blue honeysuckle germplasm for breeding high physiologically active substances processing special varieties parental choices and to provide a scientific basis for the comprehensive development and utilization of blue honeysuckle. The major findings as followed:1. Physiologically active substance content of different blue honeysuckle, polyphenolic compounds, flavonoids and total anthocyanins, overall average were3632.96mg/100g FW,1029.46mg/100g FW,520.51mg/100g FW; for the purposes of the content of the range of variation, polyphenolic compounds1988.75-4968.67mg/100gFW, flavonoids681.281985.17mg/100gFW, total anthocyanin266.35-935.22mg/100gFW; the three kinds of physiologically active substances were23.59%,28.71%,33.87%; on a single species physiologically active substances, HSY-17is the highest in terms of content, polyphenolic compounds.2. Wild edulis in different regions were bred in the same place and the physiologically active substance content of the fruit also had a rich genetic diversity yet the physiologically active substance content from Changbai Mountain area showed the most abundant genetic variation, total anthocyanin content ranges of1988.75mg/100g~4968.67mg/100g,673.76mg/100g~1985.17mg/100g,266.35mg/100g~953.22mg/100g, coefficients of variation were27.17%,26.82%,29.93%.3. Of all the wild Lonicera edulis, the physiologically active substances generally was the highest in Vladivostok region, flavonoids and total anthocyanin content was the highest in HSY-17,respectively4968.67mg/100g FW,1985.17mg/100g FW,953.22mg/100g FW. When breeding physiologically active substance content of new varieties, HSY-17is the best choice.4. In the14blue honeysuckle plants used,500kinds of volatile compounds had been detected and the coefficient of variation of the total number of species and the total content of plant volatile compounds were between5.02%and2.01%. All kinds of content and the number of types of volatile compounds large differences between the plant, coefficients of variation were19.57%-102.05%and26.35%~271.89%.5.11kinds of volatile components were found in the14samples including a-terpineol, linalool, azelaic, hexanal, benzaldehyde,(E, E)-2,4-Nonadienal, naphthalene, butylated hydrox toluene, tetradecane, pentadecane and hexadecane besides the coefficient of variation of the content were27.00%~73.72%. Coefficient of variation of the relative content is more than3%of the20major volatile compounds content of27.00%~153.85%, and with/without segregation ratios in various forms, which showeds diversity changes in the volatile compounds blue honeysuckle.6. Each species has its own unique volatile components, such as propylene caproate in05-16, ethyl laurate in L. caerulea subsp. altaicai in a unique ethyl laurate,8-Nonanolactone in beilei, etc. This suggests that due to the species or species differences, blue honeysuckle volatile components also showed significant differences.7. Further genetic analysis to the diversity of volatile compounds in wild Lonicera edulis showed that the number of species and various types of volatile compounds content coefficients of variation were12.75%~77.46%and29.47%~188.16%and a total of17kinds of volatile compounds in addition to all the blue honeysuckle were volatile compounds. Its coefficient of variation was31.14%~82.06%, which indicated that the genetic diversity of wild Lonicera edulis were various.8. We also analyzed the similarity coefficient between beilei and their parental and05-16with their parental and the assessed the content of the volatile compounds retained from their hybrids and their exclusive parental volatile compounds. We can see that LN ont only was retaining the volatile compounds from their parent, but also have their own unique volatile compounds. For examples, buds retained Kamchatka honeysuckle with fresh grass leaf alcohol, apple-pear aroma of caproic acid leaf alcohol ester, strong banana fragrance smell leaf alcohol acetate and geranyl acetone with magnolia fragrance, etc., while having a unique volatile compounds, such as pure spirit, microstrip aromas of ethyl acetate, apple and grass aroma and sweet taste of cis-3-hexene isovaleric acid ester, and sweet fruit aroma has butyrate, etc. at the same time.
