| The experiment was conducted to research the effects of different dose of lactobacillus on the production performance, heathy state, serum antioxidative ability, the fecal microorganism of sows and growth performance, heathy state, serum biochemical indices of piglets. The objective of the study was to enhance breeding efficiency of large-scale pig farms, and provide objective scientific production basis.40late gestation (81-85-day-old)(L*Y) multiparous sows with the same parity were randomly divided into4groups, which every group with10ones. The lactobacillus liquid feeding amount per pig per day for sows: group one200mL, group two250mL, group three300mL (colony numbers of lactobacillus were2.0x1011ã€2.5×1011ã€3.0×1011), the control group OmL, and that for4groups of piglets were5mL,10mL,15mL and OmL.(colony numbers of lactobacillus were0.5×1010,1.0×1010,1.5×1010) we were testing production performance, the fecal microorganism, serum antioxidative ability;, growth performance and heathy state. The tests were respectively last80and21days;21632-day-old crossbred (D*L*Y) weaned piglets with the weight about10kg were randomLy divided into4groups, which every group with54ones. Every piglet was fed different doses of lactobacillus each day under the following criteria:In group1, each piglet was fed50mL per day, while100mL in group2,150mL in group3(colony numbers of lactobacillus were0.5x1011,1×1011,1.5×1011), OmL in the control group, we were testing growth performance, heathy state and serum biochemical indices during the piglet nursery period. The results showed as follows:(1) Litter sizes and weights of piglet at birth in the200mL,250mL,300mL groups were16.15%,20.77%(P<0.05),6.15%;2.13%,2.13%,7.09%(P>0.05) higher than the control group. The survival rates at weaning in test groups were7.64%,6.05%,8.89%higher than that of control group. The average daily gains in experimental groups improved30.54,21.84,29.76percent compared with control one, moreover all experiment groups significantly different with control group (P<0.01).(2) The body condition scores of feeding lactobacillus on the weaned sows in200mL,250mL,300mL groups improved25.00,37.50(P<0.01),29.17(P<0.01) percent compared with control one, and the diarrhea rate of the experimental groups were5.62%,5.79%,6.84%lower. Skin scores of piglets at day20in experimental groups improved35.48%,25.81%,45.16%, moreover all experiment groups significantly different with control group (P<0.01).(3) Both normal estrus rates and conception rates in the test groups were100.00%. Milk production per day, protein, lactose, fat, Snf, IgG in colostrum and T-SOD, T-AOC, MDA in serum of sows were all not different with control group.(5) In300mL group, both E.coli and salmonella counts in the fecal microorganism were lower than control group, otherwise, the counts of Lactobacilli was apparently higher than control one.(6) The rates of feed conversion in the50mL,100mL and150mL groups were25.00%,11.86%,17.37%lower, whereby the50mL one was the lowest (P<0.05). The average daily gains in the50mL,100mL and150mL groups were higher than that of the control group, whereby he50mL one was21.17%higher (P<0.05).(7) The skin scores of feeding lactobacillus on the weaned piglets were higher in different degrees, while the50mL one was40.24%higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The diarrhea rate of the experimental groups were all lower than the control group, and the100mL group remains the lowest rate dropping out3.78%(P<0.05).(8) UREA contents in experimental groups were lower than that in control group, while the50mL group is22.22%lower (P<0.05). IGF-1contents in50mL,100mL and100mL groups were1.73%,7.86%,12.65%higher than that in control group and the difference between100mL and150mL groups with control one was significant (P<0.05).(9) The activities of ALT AST ALP in100mL groups were all the lowest, while150mL groups were the highest, and the ALP activity in150mL group was41.67%higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Feeding different dose of lactobacillus can improve the sow reproduction performance and milk production performance, reduce harmful microorganism in the feces; reduce diarrhea rate and death and culling rate, improve the piglet growth performance, reduce the UREA content and improve the IGF-1content in serum, better the pig healthy state. |
