The experiment was to study effects of adding lactobacillus delbrueckii to antibiotic-free diet on growth performance, nutrient digestibility, serum biochemical indexes, intestinal structure, blood antibody levels, intestinal mucosa SIgA levels, levels of cytokinesIL-10? IL-1?, IFN-?? TNF-a and intestinal epithelium lymphocyte number of weaning piglets. A total of 24 healthy weaning piglets were randomly divided into two groups according to their body weight, and each group was replicated with 6 pens of 2 pigs (1(?)+1?) per pen. The control group was fed basal diet without antibiotic, while the experimental group was fed basal diet containing 0.2 % lactobacillus delbrueckii (2×1010CFU/g), and feed period of 3 days,28 days trying period. The fresh fecal samples of each pen were collected respectively in the period from the day 26 to 28, and then one pig was selected from each repetition to collect blood on the day 28, since the trial ended, select similar weight of piglets slaughtering each repetition. The results were as follows:1) Compared with the control group,Experimental group piglets significantly higher average daily gain(P<0.05); diarrhea rate significantly decreased(P<0.01); material weight ratio decreased significantly(P<0.05).2) Compared with the control group, Experimental group in the CP, GE, Ca and P digestibility significantly improved (P<0.01), Ash was significantly increased (P?0.05).3) The experimental group had higher content of serum ALT, AST, ALB, TP, GLB; but the Urea and ALB/GLB content in the experimental group were lower than the control group, there was no significant difference (P>0.05).4) In the experimental group, jejunum, ileum and colon villus height are higher than control group, ignificant difference was found in the ileum (P?0.05), jejunum and colon difference was not significant (P>0.05); Jejunum, ileum and colon crypt depth are lower than the control group, V/C are higher than control group, but there was no significant difference (P>0.05).5) Compared with the control group,in the serum of IgA, IgG, IgM content in the experimental group, but there was no significant difference;in the experimental group, jejunum, ileum and colon mucosa SIgA levels are higher than the control group, the extremely significant difference in the colon (P<0.01), no significant difference in the jejunum and ileum (P>0.05).6) In the experimental group, the number of lymphocyte jejunum, ileum and colon were higher than the control group, among them, the jejunum extremely significant difference (P<0.01), significant difference was found in the ileum (P<0.05) and colon difference was not significant (P>0.05).7) Compared with the control group, jejunum, ileum and colon were lower than the control group, the content of IL-10 in significant difference in the jejunum and colon (P<0.05), no significant difference in the ileum(P>0.05). IL-1? content is significantly higher than control group in jejunum and colon(P<0.05), IL-1B content in the ileum significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05); Jejunum, ileum and colon were higher than the control group, the content of IFN-? was no significant difference(P>0.05). TNF-a content in the experimental group jejunum, ileum and colon were increased, no significant difference in the jejunum(P>0.05), ileum and colon in significant difference(P<0.05).From the above, adding 0.2% lactobacillus delbrueckii to the antibiotic-free diet could improve the intestine structure, promote the nutrient digestibility, thus improve growth performance of weaning piglets; In addition, lactobacillus delbrueckii can increase the number of intestinal epithelium lymphocyte, the content of serum antibody IgA? IgM?IgG and SIgA content the intestinal immunity, improve the weaned piglets disease-resistant ability.
