In this experiment, we take the songliao black pig as the research object, we study the cultivation of red aspergillus, the preparation of biostime, fattening pork qualitative analysis and semi-quantitative method to detect Myod, Mstn expression, the gene and meat quality traits was analyzed, and the results are as follows:(1) Monascus with Chinese medicine biostime screening results showed that the red aspergillus and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) hybrid optimum proportion of biostime for:turns30(g)/500ml distilled water and strains the best training time is6days. The best Chinese traditional medicine fermentation time is14days, the best temperature is32℃, the best PH is5.(2) Feeding experiment:the results showed that when added in the basic diet biostime monascus with Chinese medicine feed additive, premix significantly improved the pig growth performance, it made biostime,1%,2%, group increase weight47.53kg,50.52kg and40.03kg, the control group weight were were less by7.5kg,10.48kg (P<0.05); To improve the function of experimental pig gastrointestinal digestion and absorption of nutrition, it increased the uniformity and the length of small intestinal villus; it also improved the meat quality traits, the test group pig muscle increase in fat than the control group increased by0.3%and0.5%,(3)The experiment of immune and blood index results showed that experimental pig serum immunoglobulin IgG, IgA content increased by20.13%,13.69%, respectively, it enhanced the immune function of pig.(4)The testing of the gene expression, the results showed that add different biostime, the longest back muscle of MSTN gene mRNA level with pig feeding increased with the amount of monascus with Chinese medicine biostime significantly reduced (P<0.05), MyoD gene mRNA level with the increase of the feeding amount of monascus with Chinese medicine biostime increased significantly (P<0.05).(5)The MSTN, MyoD gene expression showed that feeding different quantity of Chinese traditional medicine with biostime in the longest back muscle of pigs, and negatively correlated with carcass lean meat MSTN gene expression (P<0.05), MyoD gene expression was positively correlated with carcass lean meat (P<0.05).
