The Purpose of this subject was to make synbiotic of Monascus and traditional Chinese medicine as feed additives to replace antibiotics, to develop safe and reliable green feed additive with no pollution and residue, to reduce the feed cost and to improve the quality of livestock and Poultry Products.This experiment selected60heads of weaned Piglets of "Songliao Black Pig’at the same birth with the consistent weight, which were divided randomly into four groups, such as group of Antibiotics, group of Monascus, group of Chinese medicine, group of Monascus and synbiotic of traditional Chinese medicine. Each group had3laps and each lap had5heads. Group of antibiotic was fed with basal diet adding oxytetracycline (100g/t) and olaquindox (1000g/t). Group of Chinese medicine was fed with basal diet adding traditional Chinese medicine Preparation of yam, the Divine Comedy, hawthorn and jujube (dose:0.5%). Group of Monascus was fed with basal diet adding Preparation of Monascus powder (dose:0.5%). Group of synbiotic was fed the basal diet adding Monascus and synbiotics of traditional Chinese medicine synbiotics (dose:0.5%). Index of production performance, rectal microbial flora, blood biochemical and blood immune of Piglets were measured during the experiment period. The results showed that:1、In the index of the growth performance of Weaned Piglets in each treatment group, compared with the antibiotics group, the Synbiotic group increased by31.96%(P<0.01), the ADFI (Average Daily Feed Intake) in traditional Chinese medicine group increased by30.65%(P<0.05), the Synbiotic group increased by32.27%(P<0.05).FCR (feed conversion ratio) in the Antibiotics group was2.38:1,in the traditional Chinese medicine group was2.31:l,the Monascus group2.63:1,the Synbiotic group1.93:1.And the Synbiotic group was the best.2、Piglets’ Apparent digestibility in Synbiotic group on nutrition component of daily ration was superior to the antibiotics group,the traditional Chinese medicine group and the monascus group. Compared with the antibiotics group, the Synbiotic group’s digestibility of dry substance increased by15.78%, digestibility of crude protein increased by24.69%, digestibility of crude fat increased by56.61%, digestibility of crude fiber increased by66.04%, crude ash increased by52.10%, calcium increased by26.56%and Phosphorus increased by45.01%(P<0.01)3、In Piglet’s mortality and diarrhea rate in each test group, diarrhea rate of Chinese medicine group was lower than the antibiotic group by6.67%, but was higher than the Synbiotic group by6.66%. The diarrhea rate of Synbiotic grouP was lower than antibiotics group by 13.33%, lower than Chinese medicine group by6.66%and lower than the monascus group by6.66%. The diarrhea rate of monascus group was lower than the antibiotic grouP by6.67%. The mortality of Chinese traditional medicine group, Monascus group and Synbiotic group was higher than that of Antibiotic group by6.67%. But the cause of death was diagnosed with asthma, which had nothing to do with the feed additive.4, The number of e. coli of Monascus group was below the antibiotic group, which was reduced by9.91%(P<0.01). The number of e.coli of Synbiotic group was lower than Antibiotics group, Chinese medicine group and the Monascus group, which reduced respectively by31.47%,30.90%and31.47%(P<0.01).The number of lactobacillus in Chinese medicines group was more than that of antibiotics group by28.89%(P<0.01). The number of lactobacillus in the Synbiotic group was lower than the Antibiotics group, the Chinese medicine group and the Monascus group, which reduced separately by39.84%,8.50%and5.89%(P<0.01). And the number of lactobacillus in the Synbiotic group was higher than that of Antibiotics group, which increased by32.06?^(P<0.01).The number of Bifidobacterium of the Synbiotic Group was higher than that of Antibiotics group and Chinese medicine group, which increased separately by16.97%,9.46%and2.05%. The difference between Synbiotic GrouP and Antibiotics GrouP was very notable (P<0.01)5、In the blood biochemical index, compared with the Antibiotic group, the serum total protein (TP), albumin, aspertate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), alkaline Phosphatase (AKP) of Synbiotic group increased respectively by4.01%(P<0.05),5.23%(P<0.05),4.18%(P<0.05),5.00%(P<0.01)and14.86%(P<0.01). Compared with the Antibiotic group, the content of glucose (GLU),total cholesterol (CHO), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL) in the blood of Synbiotic group increased respectively by31.78%(P<0.01),35.31%(P<0.01) and26.26%(P<0.01).Piglet’s physiological indexes were in the range of normal physiological indicatora.6, Compare with the Antibiotic group, Ig G, Ig M, Ig A of Synbiotic group increased respectively by34.48%(P<0.01),38.37%(P<0.01) and14.86%(P<0.01). Compare with the Antibiotic group, ANAE+T lymphocyte positive rate, T lymphocyte conversion rate of Synbiotic group increased respectively by4.10%(P<0.05) and3.87%(P<0.01).The results showed that the synbiotic preparation could enhance the body’s humoral immune function,significantly improve the level of T cell immunity and enhance the cellular immune function.Test results showed that feeding weaning Piglets the diet adding preparations of monascus and traditional Chinese medicine to replace the antibiotics could achieve ideal production performance indicators and provide a theoretical foundation to the produce pollution-free and green feed additive.
