Inner Ma Tei Irrigation ditches as one among the irrigated areas of large-scale irrigation, the number and efficiency of its agricultural water level, it will directly affect the population density, the degree of rapid economic expansion of the shortage of water resources in the Yellow River, downstream areas and economic development in Inner Mongolia. Research goal of this paper is to use a balanced approach to traffic Irrigation canal water use efficiency is calculated, and the canal water use efficiency and water saving potential analysis and evaluation. After the draw the following conclusions:1.Total trunk and trunk channels for higher water use efficiency and lower sub-trunk, branch canal and lateral canal channels water use efficiency.2.Even multiply the calculated using Irrigation canal water use efficiency is0.576.3. Take a representative of trunk and branch canals, respectively, compared with the same level of canal lining unlined water-saving potential analysis. For Main Canal, after than before lining lining loss rate decreased by2%compared with before lining the lining of water saving773,700m3. For branch canals, lining after than before lining loss rate decreased by4.9%compared with before lining the lining of water saving761,100m3.4.The same level of the channel, in the same circumstances, the flow is not the same flow rate per unit length of canal loss is relatively small, canal water utilization coefficient is relatively large (due to individual factors, there are special circumstances).5.The same level of the channel, in the same circumstances, is not the same soil. clay loam soil loss rate per unit length is relatively small drainage channel water utilization coefficient is relatively large, sandy loam soil loss rate per unit length is relatively large drainage channel water efficiency relatively small.6.Different levels of channels, and so on in the same soil and traffic conditions, the higher the level of the channel, the loss rate of the smaller units long canal, canal water utilization coefficient, the lower level of the channel, the unit length of canal The larger the loss rate, channel water utilization coefficient is smaller.
