Irrigation water use coefficient is calculated for regional agricultural development and improve the planting structure has very strong realistic guiding significance,according to the result of measuring can agricultural irrigation and the development direction of macro-control,targeted,strong pertinence of cultivation plan,excavated area of agricultural irrigation water saving potential and largest contribute to promote regional economic development and increasing farmers' income.This paper selects Kailu County in Plain as the study area,adopts field measurement method and water balance method respectively to calculate the main cultivated crops corn and dried red pepper in Kailu County,and estimates the maximum water-saving potential of irrigation area in Kailu County,and makes countermeasures for the existing problems in the irrigation area.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)In this paper,experiments were designed on the basis of only changing the irrigation method,and the utilization coefficient of irrigation water for maize under low-pressure pipe irrigation was 0.789,and that for drip irrigation under film was 0.894.The irrigation water utilization coefficient of red pepper under low-pressure pipe irrigation was 0.796,and that under film drip irrigation was 0.890.The experimental results showed that the utilization coefficient of irrigation water for the same crops under drip irrigation under film was higher than that under low-pressure tube irrigation,because drip irrigation under film reduced the loss in the process of water transport and the water use efficiency was higher.(2)In order to obtain the maximum water-saving potential of agricultural irrigation in The irrigated area,the theoretical and practical water-saving potential was calculated based on the experimental data in this paper.According to the current crop planting ratio,the developable water-saving irrigation area of corn is 80,600 Mu,and the area of red pepper is 29,900 Mu.It is calculated that the theoretical water-saving potential of all corn developed into low-pressure pipe irrigation is 147,000 m3,the actual water-saving potential is 132,300 m3,and the difference between the theoretical and actual water-saving potential is 14,700 m3.The theoretical water-saving potential of all the corn plants developed into submembrane drip irrigation was 2,074,900 m3,the actual water-saving potential was 1,867,400 m3,and the difference between the theoretical and practical water-saving potential was 207,500 m3.The theoretical water-saving potential of all red pepper plants developed into low-pressure pipe irrigation was 85,700 m3,the actual water-saving potential was 77,100 m3,and the difference between the theoretical and practical water-saving potenial was 8,600 m3.The theoretical water-saving potential of all dried red peppers developed into submembrane drip irrigation was 877,400 m3,the actual water-saving potential was 789,700 m3,and the difference between the theoretical and practical water-saving potential was 87,700 m3.(3)To find out different irrigation methods on the effect of dynamic cycle of irrigation district,this paper analyzes the influence of surface water and groundwater resources,the results show that low pressure tube filling and drip irrigation under membrane two irrigation methods for basic can ignore the influence of surface water resources,the main influence of the buried depth of groundwater resources,and the membrane under drip irrigation area of groundwater depth is higher than that of low pressure tube filling area,a reasonable explanation for corn and red pimentos under low pressure tube filling irrigation water use coefficient under drip irrigation under membrane irrigation water use coefficient.(4)The application of agricultural water-saving technology also has an impact on crop absorption and utilization of fertilizers.In this paper,the experimental design shows that the red pepper is fertilized according to the plan of 800kg/Mu yield,the yield under low-pressure pipe irrigation is 856kg/Mu,with an excess output of 56kg/Mu,and the yield under film drip irrigation is 945kg/Mu,with an excess output of 145kg/Mu.The maize was fertilized according to the plan of 900kg/Mu,and the yield under low-pressure pipe irrigation was 1001kg/Mu,with an excess output of 101kg/Mu.The yield under film drip irrigation was 1095kg/Mu,with an excess output of 195kg/Mu.The results showed that the crop yield and fertilizer efficiency of drip irrigation were better than that of low-pressure pipe irrigation.(5)This paper points out that the adjustment of agricultural structure should adapt to the structure of natural resources,improve the carrying capacity of water resources and improve the regional water resources environment by building a unified management system,clarifying the relationship between land use and water use,strengthening government financial support and guiding work.
