Potato is an important food crop, there is a large planting area in China, also has been planted widely in Inner Mongolia, however, domestic potato planters are backward, the research of distributing system is not deeply.2CMG-4potato planter which with good performance. Based on this prototype, my paper add fertilizer system and study the performance of this distributing.Distributing system is mainly composed of the fertilizer box, distributing device and the drive system. The parameter of this design based on the physical properties of ammonium monohydric phosphate. Measured the natural Angle of repose of the ammonium monohydric phosphate was32°, moisture content is2.1%; The main consideration factors in the design are the box volume and angle, at last determined every little fertilizer box volume is79L and the inclination of fertilizer box is37°; The choice of distributing device has a direct impact for distributing performance, This design options outside slot round row fat by analysis; Driving system use chain drive, drive ratio is1.36. Build3D modeling by Solidworks software components for the distributing system, stress analysis was carried out on the fertilizer box and shaft, the thickness of steel plate to the fertilizer box is1.5mm, through the study of the stress analysis and calculation of shaft, the chain driver shaft to20mm.Made the test of rows stability and largest fertilizer, when local wheel turning30laps, outside slot round working length respectively take55mm,40mm,25mm,15mm, the total displacement consistency coefficient of variation were1.13%,1.14%,1.21%and3.74%, all displacement consistency coefficient of variation were2.27%,3.56%,3.97%and5.15%. Distributing stability within the prescribed performance index, The stability fell slightly with decrease the working length of outside slot round. The Largest fertilizer consumption is868.5kg/hm2, also meet the demand.
