In China,potato is the fourth largest food crop,It is close to the potato production and national food security.Potato production and the ecological environment is directly affect by fertilizer.Based on the problem of traditional Chinese potato machinery uneven fertilizer plant fertilizer and fertilization, this design has developed a new type of screw fertilizer device.Determine the parameters for screw fertilizer device based on theoretical calculations.In addition,designs the test platform with Solid Works, dynamic simulation of the fertilizer granules by Edem.Proves the fertilizer pellet to be able the normal movement in the design organization.Process the test platform,and carry on the experiment.though the Design expert dealing with test data after the test is completed,in order to verify the feasibility and stability of the structure design.The main research contents are as follows :1.Design a new type screw fertilizer device for potato.We have developed a single shaft reverse double helix fertilizer apparatus.The minimum amount of fertilizer in the field work is 1757.3g/min,and The maximum amount of fertilizer in the field work is 5277.7g/min.This design solves the problem of inadequate fertilizer for potato fertilizer.2.Make an innovation witch installing the screw device in fertilizer apparatus.It plays the agitation role in the fertilizer pellet rate process,in order to solve the problem of blocking for caking, bond and other reasons.3.Make an innovation witch installing the screw device in fertilizer device.It plays the agitation role in the fertilizer pellet rate process,in order to solve the problem of blocking for caking, bond and other reasons.4.Carry on the experiment,and deal with the data by Design Expert.The tests have verified that fertilization fertilizing properties and stability.Results are as follows:Single fertilizer quantity in the smallest opening an average of 114.8g in the spiral shaft speed of 45 rpm,witch in the largest opening an average of 118.1g in the spiral shaft speed of 45 rpm.It is not obvious that the opening size relative effect to the screw shaft speed of single fertilizer.This way is unstable regarding the quantity fertilizer control.On the other side,Fertilization amount in unit time increase with the increase of spiral shaft speed.so the rotational speed is the main factor to affect the fertilizer.5.Through ansysed the differentes between the performance test and the comparison of traditional fertilizing device.It meets the requirement of agricultural technology of potato field fertilization.This design greatly improves the fertilization amount of potato machinery, uniformity and efficiency.
