The fertilizer discharging device is an important part of no tillage planter, its performance directly affects the quality of the no tillage planter, and precision, chemical fertilizer industry distribution and depth at the same time, effects of seeding emergence rate and the whole of the machine balance, stability and grain yield.This paper determines the structure size of the main components of the fertilizer discharging device, a gas suction type no tillage seeder fertilizer device mainly comprises the three-dimensional model of software Solidworks, and the fertilizer discharging performance test of no tillage seeder fertilizer device. The test results show that:when the outer groove wheel length is15mm,30mm and55mm rows, row application of diammonium phosphate fertilizer quantity consistency coefficient of variation were5.09%,3.24%and3.64%, show a downward trend; the total quantity of the fertilizer discharging stability coefficient of variation were0.74%,0.22%,0.20%, show a downward trend; row the application of urea fertilizer granule fertilizer quantity consistency coefficient of variation were5.34%,3.35%and2.09%, show a downward trend; the total quantity of the fertilizer discharging stability coefficient of variation were1.79%,1.21%,0.67%, also show a downward trend.
