Forage quality is the basic indicators of forage quality or not, while fertilization and irrigation is an important measure to increase forage production and improve forage quality. Therefore, a reasonable irrigation and fertilizer management has important significance for guiding production practice of the forage. This paper selected Bromus inermis Leyss as the experimental samples, set up the field plot test in Korqin sandy land by the Orthogonal test, based on components indexs (height, stem diameter, leaf area, fresh yield, dry yield),qulity indexes (dry matter content, crude fat content, crude fiber content, crude ash content) and physiological indexes(penetration of cell membrane, relative water content, water potential),analysed the influence of irrigation quantity, quantity of nitrogen fertilizer, phosphorus fertilizer usage and potassium application rate on Bromus inermis Leyss., in order to research the combination effect between different factors and levels and determine the optimal combination plan, find the most suitable ratio of sewage sludge, achieve the goal of improving the efficiency of water and fertilizer of Bromus inermis Leyss., put forward the scientific basis for the local Bromus inermis Leyss.production, reached the following main conclusions:(1) The relation of Bromus inermis Leyss. between yield and yield components:When irrigation quantity, phosphorus fertilizer usage and potassium application rate increased dosage, plant height, stem diameter and leaf area were first increased and then decreased, then when quantity of nitrogen fertilizer increased, they all increased.they increased significantly in nitrogen fertilizer (0.01<P<0.05), but had no significant difference in irrigation, phosphorus fertilizer and potassium (P>0.05).(2) According to the multi-factor Orthogonal test results, the highest treatment of total fresh yield and dry yield was:450kg/hm2(N)+1000m3/hm2(W)+200kg/hm2(P)+75kg/hm2(K). The total fresh yield and dry yield had the significant difference on irrigation quantity and quantity of nitrogen fertilizer (0.01<P<0.05), the independent effect of four factors on yield was N>W>P>K.(3) The highest treatment of dry matter content, crude fat content and crude ash content and the lowest treatment crude fiber content was:450kg/hm2(N)+1000m3/hm2(W)+200kg/hm2(P)+75kg/hm2(K).The quality indexes had the significant difference on irrigation quantity, quantity of nitrogen fertilizer, phosphorus fertilizer usage and potassium application rate(0.01<P<0.05), the independent effect of four factors on quality was N>W>K>P.(4) The highest treatment of water potential, relative water content and the lowest treatment of penetration of cell membrane was:1000m3/hm2(W)+200kg/hm2(P)+75kg/hm2(K)+450kg/hm2(N).The penetration of cell membrane has the significant difference on irrigation quantity (0.01<P<0.05), but the difference of water potential and relative water content about four factors was not significant(P>0.05), the independent effect of four factors on physiological index was W>P>K>N.
