Medicago sativar L.cv.Aohan was harvest in the north rainy season, the leaves were easy to mildew and fall off,the modulation of hay caused large loss of nutrients.Silage was an effective measure to solve the problem, but silage alone was difficult to succeed.because of its low sugar content. The mixed silage with gramineae grass can not only avoid the great buffering ability and the lower water soluble carbohydrates of legumes, but also increase the crude protein content in silage. Finally got high quality silage. In this experiment, the Medicago sativar L.cv.Aohan and Bromus inermis Leyss.unicast as control. And compared to the unicast sowing rate of two were 60%,70%,80%,90% and 100% of the proportion of mixed sowing respectively,a total of 27 treatments,Respectively in Medicago sativar L.at early flowering and flowering stage when cutting in first crop and second crop,By studying the different proportion of mixed seeding and mowing period for the effects of mixed seeding forage yield and quality,to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the actual production,The main conclusions were as follows:(1)The first cutting in the early flowering stage of Medicago sativar L.,mixed seeding D1(seeding rate of 9 kg/hm2 Medicago sativar L.+27 kg/hm2 of Bromus inermis Leyss.)reached the highest yield, was 11485.30 kg/hm2.Mixed seeding E1(seeding rate of 9 kg/hm2 Medicago sativar L.and30 kg/hm2 of Bromus inermis Leyss.)reached the highest comprehensive evaluation of silage, the correlation coefficient was 0.714.The pH value was about 4.20,the content of lactic acid was about 3.38%,and the content of soluble sugar was 0.97%.(2)The first cutting in the flowering stage of Medicago sativar L.,mixed seeding E5(seeding rate of 15 kg/hm2 Medicago sativar L.+30 kg/hm2 of Bromus inermis Leyss.)reached the highest yield, was 10865.91 kg/hm2.Mixed seeding E1(seeding rate of 9 kg/hm2 Medicago sativar L.and 30kg/hm2 of Bromus inermis Leyss.)reached the highest comprehensive evaluation of silage and a better silage quality, the correlation coefficient was 0.694.The content of crude protein was13.25%,the content of acetic acid was 2.09%.(3)The second cutting in the early flowering stage of Medicago sativar L.,mixed seeding E5(seeding rate of 15 kg/hm2 Medicago sativar L.+30 kg/hm2 of Bromus inermis Leyss.)reached the highest yield, was 8195.70 kg/hm2.Mixed seeding E1(seeding rate of 9 kg/hm2 Medicago sativarL.and 30 kg/hm2 of Bromus inermis Leyss.)reached the highest comprehensive evaluation of silage and a better silage quality, the correlation coefficient was 0.697.The content of crude protein was 16.35%,the content of soluble sugar was 0.99%,the content of lactic acid was 3.37%.(4)The second cutting in the flowering stage of Medicago sativar L.,mixed seeding E5(seeding rate of 15 kg/hm2 Medicago sativar L.+30 kg/hm2 of Bromus inermis Leyss.)reached the highest yield, was 8101.35 kg/hm2.Mixed seeding E1(seeding rate of 9 kg/hm2 Medicago sativar L.and30 kg/hm2 of Bromus inermis Leyss.)reached the highest comprehensive evaluation of silage and a better silage quality, the correlation coefficient was 0.753.(5)Overall consideration, the mixed seeding E1(seeding rate of 9 kg/hm2 Medicago sativar L.and30 kg/hm2 of Bromus inermis Leyss.)was suitable for making silage production during the early stage of cutting.
