Eight microsatellite markers on chromosome13 were chosed to analyze correlation among microsatellite markers Polymorphisms and 7 meat quality taits (color, marbling, pH value,IMF,containing water,shear force) and one carcass trait( BFT) in hybrid pigs. The results showed that the correlation coefficients between water containing water and IMF ,BFT,were -0.771,-0.251 respectively,and 0.427 between IMF and BFT. Effects of SW864,S0222,SW882,SWR1008,SW937, S0223,sw482 and s0283 on traits were analyzed.The effects of sw864 was very significant associations with IMF and marbling; s0222 was significant associations with meat color,IMF,marbling and BFT,sw882 was significant associations with IMF and marbling,sw937 was very significant association with BFT. Those results showed that the effects of sw864,s0222,sw882 and sw937 may have QTL which affect color,IMF and BFT. microsatellite marker carries on the multiple comparisons with various traits to indicate that SW864 the difference of the AA genotype and the AB genotype is remarkable,regarding the marbling and IMF: The AA genotype is higher about 0.27 and 0.013 in the phenotype effect compared to the ACgenotype,therefore extrapolated that A gene controls the marbling and IMF. S0222 the AB genotype and the AC genotype is remarkable,regarding the IMF,the marbling,color and BFT:the effect of AB genotype is higher than the the effect of AC genotype,therefore extrapolated that the B gene controls these traits. SW882 the difference of the DE genotype and AB,CA,DB,BE is remarkable,DB and the BE is not remarkable,BE is high compared to DB in the phenotype effect. Regarding BFT: The DE genotype with AB,CA,DB,BE is similarly remarkable,DB is high compared to BE in the phenotype effect, explains that the D gene related QTL chain-like.SW937 the CA genotype and the AB genotype is remarkable.Found one 300bp indel in this 2239bp fragment,Through sofeware infer the mutation may influence gene regulation. AA and AB genotyp in the loci are associations with BFT,A gene was significant associations with IMF than B gene. Those results showed that pit-1 gene may be candidate gene about meat quality.At the same time analyse the genetic differentiation of different species,average Dxy is 0.1802.goat and sheep is 0.053, rat and gallus is 0.294,pig and human is 0.085.
