The crop yields are affected directly by the seeding quality of grain drill, which are used widely in seeding task as agricultural machinery equipment. But the monitoring and evaluation for the work quality and the working performance of grain drill are still used in traditional agricultural machinery testing methods and means, so that it is difficult to form a testing system, which has low efficiency and poor accuracy and is difficult to evaluates the drill performance timely and correctly. Therefore, we research on the field performance test system for grain drill.(1)For meeting the hanging requirement of the suspended grain drill, design a general three-point hanging traction test device, strain measurement calibration and sensor system suitable for small and medium-sized suspended grain drill and other Agricultural machinery using mechanical design, sensing technology, etc.(2)Design a sowing depth sensor can monitor the sowing depth of seeder in real time with mechanical and electrical technology. Analysis and judge the accuracy and stability of sowing depth based on data and information collected.(3)Choose speed sensor, torque sensor and counting sensor meet the requirements of actual work environment. Monitor the grain drill’s speed, slip ratio in real time, acquire signals of basic parameters, such as shaft torque and seeding performance, and complete the design of testing system.(4)Take LabVIEW as a platform, calculate all basic parameters collected according to the requirement of the grain drill quality evaluation, form the intuitive index test results, and complete the design of visualization system and operation interface.The design of field performance testing system for grain drill has a significant meaningful for evaluating and monitoring the work quality and efficiency of grain drill, promoting product upgrades, shortening the period of production test and appraisal cycle, improving the mechanization technology level of seeder, as well as providing an important scientific reference for the theory research of agricultural machinery and production design.
