| With the rapid development of modern agriculture,the mechanization of China agriculture has been increased by a large margin. The tractor as the primary farming and transportation equipment, its performance will directly affected the crop yield and farmers’ economic income. However, because of the tractor worked in a complex and changing situation environment, which increased the difficulty of the real-time monitor of the tractor’s performance, and the traditional testing technology application can not be timely and accurate testing and evaluation of parameters. This paper used the virtual instrument technology, mechanical design, testing technology, data acquisition etc to build a convenient and high efficiency system, which can be used for real-time online monitoring. To this end, we carried on the researching which has a significant reference value in practice.This studies determined the main parameters which affected the working quality of the small and medium-sized tractor, and established the hardware configuration and software testing system of tractor test system.(1)This section has made out the small and medium-sized tractor (2.2kW-36.78kW) inspection method based on virtual instrument after generalizing present tractor technology development, testing methods and existing problems. The main contents of the paper:(2) Aiming at the Traction Characteristic Test on the existing chassis prototype, based on Virtual Instrument Technology and Sensor Technology, the thesis realizes a simple and applied testing system. From the hardware aspect, the system can watch status of the field by sensors, DAQ card and laptop PC. From the software aspect, the system can achieve sampling, analysis, display, storage and alarm modularized by LabVIEW, on-line watching & controlling and off line analysis. The field trial confirms that the testing system is credible and reliable, and the sampling data have a satisfying precision at the speed of range from 0 to 0.5 meters per second.(3)Through the analysis of tractor traction and performance parameters, designed a suitable for small and medium-sized tractor pull ring type sensor:choose material for 30CrMnSiNi2A, range for 1t, resolution for 5με, sensitivity to2.0. Meets the requirement.(4) Experimental results show that:in the φ-0.5 of the rode, the braking distance of tractor is 3.537m~4m. In α = 16°(i = 25%) on the ramp, the braking distance of tractor is 8.61m.(5) Tractor integrated inspection system analysis and measurement. Through applying kinds of techniques to signals analysis (e.g. windows addition treatment, spectrum, filter, fitting and etc.) and doing tests on real time, the system parameters have been improved to more precise degree. Finally, the end section in the paper have put award some prospects in virtual instruments. |
