Because of the condition that the steriled substrate cultivation skills ofP. ostreatus are nonstandard, we carried out the studies on the steriled materialcultivation technology of P. ostreatus, expecting to provide technological guide forthe steriled substrate cultivation of P. ostreatus.1. Result of culture spawns experiment showed: Culture spawns had significantinfluence on the mycelial growth conditions and biological efficiency of P. ostreatus.Based on biological efficiency, from the highest to the lowest, the sequence of culturespawns was: wheat culture spawn, cotton seed hull spawn, corn spawn, grain spawn, sawdust spawn, corncob spawn.2. Result of material moisture content experiment showed: Cotton seed hull being thesubstrate, the optimal moisture was65%, with the best mycelial growth conditionsand the highest biological efficiency.3. Result of bag sealing methods showed: Plastic ring+paper cover was the optimalmethods for the cultivation of P. ostreatus, with the best mycelial growth conditions, the shortest spawn running period, the earliest fruiting time and the highest biologicalefficiency.4. Result of bag standards experiment showed: The highest biological efficiency wasreached when bags of17cm×36cm×0.004cm standard were used, while the lowestbiological efficiency was reached when bags of28cm×56cm×0.004cm standard wereused. In terms of economic benefit, bags of22cm×45cm×0.004cm or24cm×50cm×0.004cm were optimal.5. Result of fruiting ways experiment showed: Plastic ring fruiting was the optimal way for P. ostreatus fruiting, with the highest utilization of the greemhouse and goodproduct commodity.6. Result of fruiting body harvest specifications showed: The optimal harvestspecification was pileus diameter of2cm, with the highest economic benefit.7. Result of lime contents showed: Cotton seed hull being the substrate, the optimallime content was2%, with the highest biological efficiency.8. Result of gypsum contents showed: Cotton seed hull being the substrate, theoptimal gypsum content was1%, with the highest biological efficiency.
