Study On Drought Management Mode Of Crops In Yunnan Province Based On Risk Management

Recently, the mainly drought management mode of crops in Yunnan Province is emergency rescue. In practice, this mode fails to effectively prevent and mitigate the disaster. In the context of the respond to natural disaster gradually turn from emergency management to risk management in the international community, this thesis is discussing about the drought formation mechanism of crops in Yunnan Province based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of crops drought management in Yunnan Province and the summary of typical experiences of drought management in foreign countries, and combines with the evaluation of crops drought management in Yunnan Province. Thereby learn from the risk management standardized theoretical resultsand further propose the drought management mode of crops in Yunnan Province based on risk management, and then analyze the necessity and feasibility of implementation such mode in Yunnan Province. Finally, base on the risk management, I put forward a number of suggestions for crops drought management in Yunnan Province.Consider that the drought management area in Yunnan Province has not yet raise the management mode based on risk management either in theory or in practice, this thesis has some significance by studying this topic, which provides a reference for drought management mode of crops in Yunnan Province turn from emergency rescue to risk management.
