This research adopts the combination of field trials and laboratory analysismethods, explore the substrates, mulching methods, cut the bulbon the yield of saffron bulbs;Discussion on the bulb size and leaf fertilizer on the production of saffron flower,Provide atheoretical basis for saffron bulbs and filaments of high-yield cultivation techniques. Theresults are as follows:1. The study find that impacting the productiong of Crocus sativus is planting densityand then size of the ball, the last is planting time. The optimal combination: planting densityis12cm×8cm, ball size is20~25g, planting time is October23.2. Substrates treatments improves saffron leaves SOD and CAT activity and decreasedMDA content and improve the metabolism of soluble sugar and soluble protein, and all ofthis at last improve the yield of saffron bulbs. Each of peat, vermiculite, perlite treatmentwere increased saffron production by12.6%,6.4%,3.4%.3. Mulching film and plastic housechange saffron overwintering environment andreduce the level of stress and protective enzyme activity and MDA contentaccumulationandimprove the speed of metabolism of soluble sugar and soluble protein. After removingfilm, mulching film and plastic housechange leaves are premature aging and protectiveenzyme activity and soluble sugar and soluble protein content was slightly lower than nofilm.The mulching film and plastic house production of saffron improve by24.5%,10.3%compared with no film.4. In the same natural environment, protective enzyme activities and osmoticadjustment ability and soluble sugar and soluble protein levels in cutting are lower than theno-cutting. Cutting production compared with no-cutting reduced by17.9%,30.9%.5.Saffron bulb size has not obvious impact on bulb quality and flowers fresh massdistribution and the drying rate. The larger the bulb, the longer the bud, leaf dew, budding,flowering sooner. Blossom of big bulb, is1.43times,2.34times of middle bulb and smallbulb, filaments production of big bulb is1.61times,2.27times of middle bulb and smallbulb.Fertilizer effect is not obvious to bulb quality change.KH2PO4and GA3can improvebud length higher than urea29.03%,16.13%, leaf stage, budding period, blossom periodthan urea ahead of1~2d. Blossom of KH2PO4and GA3, is1.28times,1.16times of urea,filaments production of KH2PO4and GA3is1.25times,1.10times of urea.KH2PO4and GA3 can improve filaments, stamens fresh mass distribution, but the drying rate of filaments,stamens and petalsare lower than urea.
