| Based on topography, natural conditions and film recycling after the field survey inGansu Province, it comes to the planting pattern of all film double furrow sowingtechnology is widely used in farming areas of Gansu Province, which can effectivelysolve the passive situation of this areas. Besides,increasing the income of farmers andimproving the agricultural production has brought the positive side, but it brings the"white pollution" problem. Plastic mechanical recovery range is not wide in long time inGansu province and many areas still rely on manual picking, although the level andprocess of cultivated land has vigorously accelerated in Gansu province, the existingfilm recovery machines on small plots, level terrace and slope land still exist a lot ofproblems, which seriously affect the healthy development of the agricultural industry inour province;Therefore, comprehensively considering the special geographical environment ofGansu, the corn planting pattern and the disadvantages of the existing small plasticrecycling machine, and on the basis of the merits of foreign small plastic recyclingmachine, developing a small plastic film recovery matched with30horsepower tractormachine. According to the theoretical analysis, this machine is suitable for all filmdouble furrow sowing maize cropping pattern film recycling in Gansu province. Thispaper mainly made analysis and study in the following contents:1) According to the all film double furrow sowing maize’s planting pattern in aridregions of Northwest China, determining the structure scheme of whole film recoverymachine;2) Based on the types, functional and performance analysis of existing scoopingand picking film components, designed a kind of combination working component ofscooping film fork row and picking film roller. The single fork whose diameter was40mm was made of bended round steel, the width of whole fork row was1100mm, thedip angle of fork row was20°, the spacing of each fork row was100mm. The diameterof picking film roller is200mm, the height of flexible tooth was100mm, the length of roller was1100mm;3)Through the analysis of function and common form of the separating film andthe conveying film, designed a kind of two level conveyor belt structure, and picked upfilm on roller conveyor to the collecting film box. The thickness of conveying film beltwas8mm, the distance of groove trapezoid between the conveyer film belt was628mm,the spacing of positioning block of film conveying belt was140mm;4) Combined with rotation rate of output shaft of the tractor and the requirements ofdesign of plastic recycling machine, designed a kind of power transmission schemecombining gear with wheel, and its key components are designed in detail and calculatedwith the theory;5)The picking film roller of plastic film recycling machine proceeded theperformance simulation analysis using ADAMS software, because the picking rollerspeed and the traction speed were the key parameters of quality of film recycling, sorespectively changing the rotate speed of the roller and tractor speed to simulate theoptimal design scheme to pick up film’s trajectory. Through the simulation analysis got:in the ideal situation, preliminary determined the work parameters of film collectingroller, that is the rotate speed of roller was3.607r/s, the speed of traction speed0.658m/swhen the depth of picking film teeth was30~55mm;6) Using ANSYS software to analyze the static properties of raking film tooth oftwo recycled parts;... |
