Cymnocypris chilianensis is an Unique indigenous economic fish in the HeiHeRiver and ShuLeHe River From June2012to March2014,It was at QiLian snowcold-water fish breeding center of GanSu, Mature coefficient is15.41%was beenstudied on its artificial breeding technology, Observation of embryonic developmentand Oxygen Metabolism, To provide a scientific basis for the protection andexploitation of fish germplasm resources protection. The following are the mainresults:1.The test of Artificial breeding technology chose the well-developedbroodstock, Among female fish is930, male fish is1320, the ratio of female andmale is1:1.42.Experimented with different oxytocin LRH-A2, HCG, DOM, LRH-A2+HCG, LRH-A2+DOM and LRH-A2+HCG+DOM of different doses, Oxytocinwas better to compare of using LRH-A21.2μg+DOM5mg+NS1.0ml.2.Cymnocypris chilianensis belongs to one spawning,Mature coefficient offamale is15.41%during the breeding season, male is4.31%. The average ofindividual absolute fecundity was4236grains, The average of individual relativefecundity was11.74±3.2grains/g. The relationship of Individual fecundity (F) andlength (L): F=0.0038L2-0.0975L+0.6405(R2=0.8933), The relationship of Individualfecundity (F) and weight (W): F=0.0015W-0.0783(R2=0.907).3.Fertilized egg of Cymnocypris chilianensis is sinking and yellow spherical,The average diameter of yolk was1.94±0.08mm, the swelling was3.24±0.04mmafter42min, at water temperature of12~14℃,it is necessary for Cumulativetemperature to achieve2429.15℃·h,the average total length of newly hatched larvaewas8.2±0.05mm.4.Incubation temperatures were set at9±0.5℃,11±0.5℃、13±0.5℃、16±0.5℃、19±0.5℃、22±0.5℃、25±0.5℃and28±0.5℃,Embryonic developmenttime of Cymnocypris chilianensis reduced with the increase of water temperature, hatchability first increased and then decreased with the rise in water temperature, deformity rate showed first decreased and then increased with the rise in watertemperature, not hatched larvae at water temperature of28℃, comparison of results was better at16℃than other temperature.5.Three different sizes of Cymnocypris chilianensis(GroupⅠ-Length77.9~81.4mm,The average body length is79.6±3.02mm,Weight9.956~12.05g,Theaverage body weight is11.51±1.02g; GroupⅡ-Length143.7~152.8mm,Theaverage body length is143.2±3.02mm,weight52.22~56.19g,The average bodyweight is53.92±2.42g; GroupⅢ-Length169.5~173.4mm,The average bodylength is171.6±3.62mm,weight74.65~81.14g,The average body weight is77.95±2.82g), Measured using a closed water breathing,Day and night oxygenconsumption metabolism of Cymnocypris chilianensis is the first type, that dayaverage oxygen consumption metabolism is greater than at night; During the day thereare three relatively distinct peak of oxygen consumption which are at9:00,13:00and17:00, This time is feeding time, Indicates that the oxygen consumption rate enhancedduring feeding.6.Six weight gradient(the average weight of groupⅠwas11.51±1.02g; theaverage weight of groupⅡwas53.92±2.42g; the average weight of group Ⅲ was77.95±2.82g; the average weight of group Ⅳ was161.61±5.02g; Oxygenconsumption of Cymnocypris chilianensis increased with the rising in weight, therewas a significant positive correlation, best-fit regression equation was Y=8.6638X0.8744(R2=0.98455). In contrast, the oxygen consumption rate andsuffocation point with increasing body weight gradually decreased, showed asignificant negative correlation, Best-fit regression equations were Y=0.07903X-1.187(R2=0.97242) and Y=1.7065X-0.5890(R2=0.9390).7.The average weight was11.52±1.02g, Within9~21℃temperature,Oxygenconsumption rate and Oxygen consumption rate of Cymnocypris chilianensisincreased with increasing temperature, Its recently fitted equations was Y=0.3092X2-0.3209X+7.7633(R2=0.976) and Y=0.0268X2-0.0275X+0.6733(R2=0.976),Suffocation point decreased with the increase of the water temperature,it enhancedafter17℃, the best fit equation was Y=0.2579X2-1.2591X+3.5109(R2=0.7529).
