Overall this study, and increased with the increase of the thickness of litter layer, litter stagnant runoff time. With the increase of runoff depth, runoff time reduce litter. This study only measured the effect of litter on 30 degrees slope slow runoff, while in other slope under the effect of litter on the stagnant runoff remains to be further studied. Litter cover can reduce the slope soil erosion on slope, litter decreased capacity of soil erosion may be related to the shape of the litter, in this study, relative to other slope positions, the poor effect of soil erosion on hillslopes reduce litter platform. On the platform of the shrub and herb plants are more, especially the cogon grass, reed grasses of the family Gramineae plants are more, Gramineae plant litter leaves narrow, elongated, and the contact area of water to the water retention ability is poor, the amount of soil erosion was significantly greater than that of the other slope. In the litter under the action of surface soil(0-15cm) and chemical properties improved, organic matter, alkali solution nitrogen, available potassium, available phosphorus content increased, soil fertility enhancement.
