By statistically analysis agronomic traits of space induced Cassia obtusifolia L. SP3 such as seedling stage, flowering phase, plant height, stem diameter, branch number, pods’ number, output and the content of effective components of each strain, the main results are as follows:1. In all the 31 space induced strains of Cassia obtusifolia L. SP3, the average branches of No.42 was 19.8,the highest of all, 1.0 more than the control group(CK). The average branches of the other strains were not more than 15.0. The average plant heights of No.6, No.3, No.33, No.30, No.14, No.42, No.9, No.8, No.13 were more than 80.0cm. The average heights of No.6, No.3, No.33 were higher than that of CK. The average stem diameter of No.42, No.9, No.33, No.30, No.45 and No.19 were more than 12.00 mm, higher than that of CK(11.69mm).2. The products of yield and content of effective components of No. 42 was the highest. No.33, No.45, No.9, No.30 and No.14 also have good performance. The content of chrysophanol of No.47 strains was 0.43%, the highest of all, and it was 1.32 times of CK group. The content of aurantio-obtusin of No.31 was 0.17%, the highest of all, and it was 1.61 times of CK.3. Through the Pearson correlation coefficient, the correlation relationship between yield and agronomic traits of different strains were: product&pods > product&branches >product&stem diameter > product&plant height, respectively 0.983 > 0.923 > 0.903 > 0.468. The correlation relationship between chrysophanol and aurantio-obtusin was 0.384.Of all the agronomic traits, the correlation between plant height and chrysophanol was the highest, and it was 0.277. The correlation between plant height and aurantio-obtusin was the highest, and it was 0.364.Through the study on space induced Cassia obtusifolia L. SP3, we selected No.42, No.33, No.45, No.9, No.30 and No.14 as the high-yielding strains. The product of yield and effective components of these strains were higher than the others. The content of aurantio-obtusin of No.31, No.28 and No.14 were higher than the others. The content of chrysophanol of No.47, No.45 and No.33 were higher than the others. These strains that have good traits should be further validated by studying the SP4 generation. |
